That was my first time in DC and the place was so nice and close to everything I wish I could’ve stayed for longer but definitely I will book that place again if it’s available and thanks again for the stay and the quick response and all the help

Positive: The location was very good, and we were grateful for parking right in front. This was a great place to use as a base to do different activities in DC. The space was cozy and well-maintained and equipped.

Space worked great for us. The location was just out of the busy part of town but very quick and easy to get to all the museums in memorials.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

This house was a great location for us because it was near our friend in Woodley Park. Inside it was clean and spacious and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Beautiful place! I stayed here with 2 of my coworkers and we had plenty of space. The house is close to everything—restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing.

The home was super cozy, there was a lot that was in waking distance as well as only a 10-15 minute drive.

This place is great! Everything was very well thought out and didn’t feel like the typical Airbnb that just does the bare minimum. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed, linens, and other furniture was very nice quality. The TVs and accessories are very nice quality which you never see. The location is great, close to grocery stores and great restaurant. This is honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had!

Positive: Its very close to US Capitol, Bus stop, and also you can find good restaurants and grocery stores near by, just a 10 min walk and you can find everything. Negative: Property has all the services needed.

This lovely, spacious townhouse was a pleasure to stay in for a long weekend. It’s well appointed with amenities (high-end kitchen, comfortable living room, beautiful backyard). It’s located in the heart of Georgetown, where we enjoyed walking to local restaurants and shops. Additionally, I appreciated the toddler friendly setup. The responsive host made check-in and out easy. Would definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in DC! The property was meticulously cured for, and it looked exactly like the photos. It was incredibly roomy for our group and was just a great day! The host was quite responsive when we had questions.

My family rented this home for a long weekend while visiting DC. It was perfect. So spacious, clean, and calm. And wonderful proximity to restaurants, playgrounds, the metro, and a grocery store. Highly recommend and we will be renting again in the future.

This was a nice stay for myself and family. The city is beautiful! The house is clean and very nice. Just be prepared to park on the street and make sure you register your vehicle before arriving, I definitely missed all that but I was able to get it done when I arrived. Watch for dog poop lol people let their dogs poop everywhere, my son and I both stepped in dog poop in our new shoes outside the house because it was dark out and we didn’t know.. sight seeing was the best, if you don’t want to drive you could walk . The hostess of this home was very responsive at all times. I would stay again for sure we enjoyed ourselves.

excellent, walkable location for the east end of the mall. Michelle, the reservation contact, was responsive and helped clarify kitchen needs in advance. We coordinated for grocery delivery in advance and arrival occurred with information in advance. I chose this unit for the location, washer/dryer, and parking pass. Everything worked, the ease of access to tours and lime scooters were an asset. There were footsteps above but it was time to start the day. I highly recommend this location. The first week of March before spring break was an excellent window for tours.

Wonderful basement unit in the heart of DC. Was in town for a conference and it had everything I needed for a comfortable weekend – iron, kettle with coffee and tea, and comfy bed. Lovely surrounding neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation, and good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

It was great. Everything was a walkable distance or a quick ride in the metro. Definitely good value for money. Will be staying here again when back in DC. Thank you!

The house was lovely and stocked very well for my family of 5 with a service animal. The house was very clean and cozy. There was a cold draft that made the hose very cold at times but other than that we had a wonderful time there. The host was very responsive and supported us the best way that they could. I would recommend this stay. Just bring some extra heavy blankets during winter months.

What can I say, it’s our second time staying with Home Sweet City. I have zero notes other than if you are visiting D.C. stay here!!! Super clean, I have allergies to dust, no problems. Amenities+, great bed, bedding, pillows, comforter. LOCATON! Charming area, friendly neighbors, thriving but feels secluded and safe. Close to everything, restaurants, and pubs. Had a show at the 9:30 Club which was a short walk away.. Very inclusive and multicultural, which for me is a must. If you know, you know!

We had a wonderful stay, i would book again!

The location of this place worked out really well for us. We were able to use all public transportation as Union Station is about a half mile away. There were also 2 close supermarkets. The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was not as clean as expected but was well stocked. The bedroom is spacious but the bed was very soft and uncomfortable.

The communication was always quick and clear. They were very helpful regarding the parking situation. The only thing that was briefly a bit unclear was the thing about taking out the trash. But a friend helped me with that. The pans are in really poor condition. I reported this and they acknowledged it. I hope the pans will be replaced. Other than that, I really have nothing negative to say. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are grocery stores nearby. Wonderful. I would gladly stay again.

Enjoyed our weekend stay it was a 10-15 min ride to all of our destinations. only thing is parking at the end of the night 2-5am. They do have a spot in the back they share but street parking is rough sometimes. Other than that it was GREAT! would come back for sure

Free parking behind the Little Nest was great! Location was perfect. Bed was comfy, sheets and towels were so nice. The coffee and tea provided- both were excellent! I enjoyed my stay very much!

10-15 min drive to museum strip. 6 mins from Union Market eateries. Great local coffee locations. Home is very comfy, cozy and clean. A lot of recommendations given ahead of time by host and great communication throughout our stay. Would recommend.

The location was perfect; easily walkable to restaurants and stores, the Eastern Market metro station was right around the corner. There is even an excellent playground right on the way to the metro. This location is great for families looking for a home base close to the museums and Capitol. The host was very helpful and responsive, absolutely zero issues during our stay. Very highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Was very cozy and comfortable. I was there for a STEM competition near the Capitol and was able to walk basically everywhere I needed to go. This was my 3rd time staying there. My only complaint was that the knives and scissors were extremely dull.

loved staying here! I have stayed at many airbnbs around Washington DC over the years, and almost all of them have been English basements. it was very nice to do the opposite and get up top. beyond that, the unit was extremely clean and well equipped

this is a great airbnb. you walk out of the metro and you’re a block and a half from the room. truthfully, it had the best bed i’ve ever had in an airbnb. but, the best thing was the communication. michelle was helpful, engaged and quickly responsive. getting to and into the room was made, by her, very easy.

Beautiful place! We would definitely stay again. I somehow missed that this was a pet friendly home and only noticed when we sat on the couch and was covered in hair. Thankful we are not allergic and just covered the couch with a big blanket that was in the closet. Other than that it was great. Location to the Metro was perfect as was the grocery store on the corner!

​We had a great stay here! The host was extremely proactive with communications and checked in frequently to ensure we were having a good visit. They reached out early (and throughout) with all the details I needed and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. ​The location is a total 10/10. It was so convenient and walkable to both the Metro and bus lines, which made getting around DC a breeze. Capitol Hill neighborhood was also a highlight in itself. You get the best of both for the DC charm and city experience in one. It’s a gem with so many amazing local restaurants and things to do right at your doorstep. We were lucky enough to visit Eastern Market (10 mins) walk away for some great produce and treats! The Airbnb was private, and a safe neighborhood and clean. The bed was particularly comfortable and very quiet surroundings. As other reviewers have noted there is only one disruptive night from upstairs neighbors otherwise I’d still recommend for a future visit

Positive: Location! Close proximity to many places, by foot or by car..the Location was perfect! Negative: The temperature in the upstairs was bit warm, the windows were very old and didn’t really open easily making it a bit stuffy. And the “rules of the upstairs thermostat didn’t allow much for adjustment”. The garage sizing should be listed in the description because, this was a prime factor for renting the property…only to find out after booking, rental information included that a larger SUV or Truck would not fit…which happened to be very inconvenient for us, but we managed the unexpected, added expense to our trip, which was not for leisure, but for a very stressful medical procedure at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital!

It felt I was at home. Everything I needed was there very beautiful and clean. Good neighborhood. Host was very nice and flexible with our early check in and late checkout on the house..

Beautiful space, definitely one of the cleanest and freshest smelling bathrooms I’ve ever walked into. The only thing is the steps are a bit steep and so you definitely need to be very careful walking up and down. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this for a more mature crowd due to that. The only issues I have with this property is the idea of taking out our own trash due to this being a vacation. I wasn’t looking to do house duties. Also, I was under the impression that this was an entire home. However, it was on top of the host’s home so that was a bit misleading being that it’s listed as an entire home on Airbnb. However, nonetheless, the space was beautiful, peaceful, and I did truly feel at home there.

Allí encontrar algo para comprar . Recomendaría como infoamxion adicional colcowr según estación los horarios y dirección de restaurantes cerca, supermercados cerca.

We loved staying in this reasonably-priced Federalist rowhouse conveniently located in historic Georgetown. The property managers were communicative and responsive both before our arrival when we increased the number of guests and during our stay when the shower water was not hot enough (it was during an exceptionally cold period). A special shout out to the maintenance man they sent who showed up right on time and not only adjusted the water temperature quickly, but then proceeded to clear the ice from the doorway without us saying anything! It is always great to see that initiative, especially when it improves safety and comfort for others so a special than you to him!

Loved this AirBNB!! Looked exactly the pictures. The host responded to all my messages in a timely manner and would follow up. A quick 5-10min walk to so many different restaurants, 5min walk to Trader Joe’s and the surrounding areas were so nice and peaceful. I’m really selective but I would definitely stay here again!
