The house was very nice with a clean, industrial-style design that felt both modern and homey. There was plenty of space at the dining table for our group, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make our meals comfortably.
One note — the sofa bed in the basement is more of a leather futon that folds down, so it’s not the largest or most comfortable option for sleeping. I wouldn’t really count it as a full bed unless your group isn’t too picky and just needs the extra spot. The second bedrooms twin bed is rolled out from under the day bed (if anyone is wondering).
The location is around a college campus, just like the listing mentions, and it felt generally safe — just be mindful not to leave valuables in your car. Street parking is limited but manageable.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay with your group, spacious, and really has that “home away from home” feel. Would definitely recommend!”

“Place was amazing! Location is so beautiful I mean the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The place itself is exactly as pictured, clean, nice, convenient, and had all the amenities listed which was so nice because sometimes that’s not the case.
The host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything/ everything was going well.
I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Washington. My boyfriend and I loved our trip staying here!”

“The studio was overall very nice in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only a 7 minute walk from Cleveland Park metro with markets/food nearby. Bed is very comfortable and having a washer/dryer was much appreciated.
The only issue was at check in. Unfortunately, the unit had not been cleaned since the last guest and communication was unresponsive and unhelpful. The issue was communicated at 1:30pm and could have been easily resolved by just delivering fresh towels, fresh bedsheets and coordinating a cleaning later. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the return communications focused on providing evidence by requesting photos (which we did). We got an apology, but no mention of how they would actually resolve the issues until 5 hours later. The actual delivery of the clean linens took an additional 3 hours after 10pm.
This all could have been handled in a much better way. After the poor initial start, things settled in nicely and it was a good stay going forward.”
“This was one of my favorite AirBnb experiences! It was in such a fun neighborhood in DC that was walkable and closet to so many restaurants. I was there for a conference at the Walter E Washington Convention Center and that was accessible through an easy walk as well. Would definitely recommend as a fun stay for anyone looking for a quick stay in such a fun part of DC. Also appreciated the free coffee that was provided in the kitchen. Thought that was a lovely touch and a great way to get introduced to a local DC coffee brand.”
“We had a great stay at this place. The home was as described, was very comfortable and very well stocked. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay.
We were walking distance to many restaurants and places to find groceries.
