My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! It was in a great location, nearby restaurants, bars, and right by a lot of metro lines. The place was tidy, well-maintained, and comfortable!

It was a really great to stay for my family’s trip to Washington DC. The house is very clean and nicely decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops, and not far from most of the major attractions in DC. Interior was as advertised, comfortable, clean, and perfect for a our long weekend in the Capitol. The host responded quickly was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was super central and made getting around easy. The unit was exactly as shown in the listing photos — clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host went above and beyond with the basics: plenty of paper goods, quality cookware, and little touches that made it feel like home. Most importantly, it was quiet so we actually got to relax and sleep well. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

I had great time at home sweet home Airbnb. The place was very comfortable. The host thought of every big and small details that made the place cozy and welcoming. It was Spotless, sunny, artsy, and well stocked with all amenities coffe etc and including take out coffe cup on the go! It was walking distance or a short cap drive to many DC attractions. It also had a lovely kids room with lot of toys, books and games. My toddler didn’t want to leave the place. This is definitely going to be my go to place whenever am back to DC. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great place! I stayed here for 2 weeks for a course. The neighborhood is lovely and the owner is helpful and friendly. Wonderful area for walks and exploring. Union Station metro is about a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute bike or scooter ride. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is well-designed and has everything I needed. The shower is amazing and the bed has adjustable firmness. Lovely small courtyard with stringed lights – great if the mosquitos aren’t out yet. Highly recommend for a stay in DC!

Very quiet, private and walkable to everything! Down the street from a very cute playground. Clean, comfortable and homey vibe. Walkable to the zoo too which was amazing.

Property was super clean and perfect for my stay in the city. Description and pictures are exactly what you’ll find. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by on 5th street and at Union Market. Hosts are very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location in Washington, DC and great for families.

The apartment was clean and well furnished, and in a convenient location for accessing DC’s many attractions. The kitchen was equipped to cook a full meal, but many really good restaurants are within walking distance if you’d rather not bother. Our only complaint is the shower had low water pressure. We’ve stayed in many basement Airbnbs in DC and this appears to be a common issue. Aside from that minor issue, we’d stay in this apartment again without hesitation.

Perfect location for us. Visiting our daughter and son-in-law who just had their first baby. They live two blocks away. During our visit our daughter’s oven was not working. We were able to make meals at the Airbnb and bring them over until their repair man came. We had a very nice stay.

We haven’t often stayed in AirBnbs because they didn’t accept my blind husband’s guide dog. Now the law has changed, but Jimbo stayed in the UK this time. It was the first time we had no contact with our hosts, and we missed the welcome. We had an issue with a missing iron, and it wasn’t resolved despite 17 messages. It’s frustrating to be treated as a potential criminal, but we understand the hosts need to protect their asset. They had a photo of an iron before our arrival, but it was a different venue. We managed our “on parade” event by hanging out the clothes which had travelled the Atlantic in a suitcase. We visited the local 7-Eleven, which was locked during our visit because of a shoplifter. We had to wait for 10 police officers to arrive before we could leave. I found it more interesting than sightseeing but the locals said it is boring, because it happens daily. Our hosts indicated they need a 4.3 rating to continue as Airbnb. I give them 5 to keep them in business.

This place was perfect! Clean, modern and in a prime location, walking distance to the train and buses. This made our vacation easy to commute. There’s also convenient stores nearby if needed. The bedroom had great linens and very comfortable bed! Great spot to stay!

This is an incredible place—somewhere you want to return to again and again. Our stay was magnificent; everything was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Was a beautiful place and the location is close to subway. Would recommend to anyone visiting DC and want to see Howard University.

Great stay and location.

The apartment was exactly as described. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and seemed very safe to me. Downtown Washington, D.C. is about a 50-minute walk away. There are a few popular bars and restaurants just a short walk away. There was almost always a parking spot available right in front of the building. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit.

Beautiful modernized historic rowhouse in a fabulous location. Close to Metro but also walkable or a short car ride from DC’s awesome sights. Lots of dining options close by plus a farmer’s market and Trader Joe’s. Hosts made everything easy and added gourmet coffee and tea to make us feel very pampered. A great stay!

Incredible value offering. Great location 15 with minute walk to light rail stations (and buses ) with abundant shopping, grocery and dining options. Unit was setup well for any situation. Clean and quiet. Easy access to both Howard University and the core DC attractions. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The apartment was perfect for our stay.; immaculate, well appointed but we couldn’t get the tv to work and the freezer didn’t work. That wasn’t a big deal but it could have been for someone else. Otherwise, we would recommend this place and since the location is perfect, it was immaculate and really cute , we will definitely book again.

The house was clean and spacious. Folks were extremely responsive. We loved the location. The only issue was the wifi. I think the router needs to be upgraded.

This apartment is good and comfortable and well stocked for a short stay. It is a basement apartment, about 3/4 below ground level and as such tends to be cool with relatively little natural light.

My wife and I stayed at this amazing place for a few nights, and we absolutely loved it. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet—you can truly sleep without any distractions or noise. Both the interior and exterior are clean, neat, and beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again.

I’ve written and rewritten this review several times because I kept running out of space trying to praise this place. So I’ll skip the hyperbole and get straight to it: I don’t want you to book this home because I want it all to myself when I return in a few months — but you absolutely should book it. Now. Were there a few small issues? Sure. But every one of them was handled quickly and completely. This is the first rental we’ve had in the Georgetown area over the past few years that actually looks better in person than in the photos — spotless, safe, and genuinely comfortable. The kitchen was actually fully stocked and you can actually cook a meal! As for the Cleveland Park neighborhood? It’s now my favorite part of DC. We walked to the zoo, great restaurants, pastry shops, and coffee spots. The whole area feels welcoming, friendly, and safe. Even the parking wasn’t bad — and parking in Georgetown is always a pain. Highly recommended and look forward to returning!

A great place to stay for being out and about around Logan Circle. We parked the car and didn’t need to uber or drive anywhere the entire weekend. Would stay here again!

Great location for getting all over the sitting using the Metro and about a mile walk to Capitol Hill! The space was pretty, spacious, and I had a wonderful stay.

This apartment was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to DC. The location offered great coffee shops, restaurants and bars within a quick walk. It was also accessible to other neighborhoods in DC by bus or Metro. Our host was communicative about this spacious apartment and asked us if she could do anything more for us.

Positive: Great location close to the city center, making it easy to access major attractions and get around. The apartment is very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that has everything needed for a comfortable stay, as well as a well-stocked bathroom with quality toiletries. The owners were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience more pleasant. Negative: The apartment has no option to open the windows, which affects ventilation and overall comfort. Additionally, it is located slightly below ground level (around half a level down), making the space quite dark throughout the day.

House was great. It was exactly what we needed for a week-plus long stay in DC.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the metro. Inside was comfortable and had everything I needed and more. The bed was comfortable too! The hosts were responsive and reached out proactively with information I might need. I also appreciated the property guide with restaurant recommendations and nearby attractions.

It is a great place! You can hear your neighbors most of the time, which is pretty typical in the city, but other than that I really liked this place!

Didn’t have any expectations going into the bnb but ended up really just having a great stay, the host was super patient and responsive and the location was perfect. Everything went well 🙂

This is a beautiful property in DC. The space is large and open and was very clean on our arrival. We never had a problem parking on the street and walked to restaurants and coffee shops easily. It was a great space to travel with teens as everyone had plenty of their own space when they needed it. We drove and took the metro (about a 12 minute walk) to navigate the city, and this was a great home base. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean and cozy this home was! It was a shame that we were woken by children bumping around in the apt above but besides that this was a wonderful stay.

Positive: Can’t beat this location. Metro down the street, markets and shops all around. Negative: It’s a basement apartment so if you’re tall there are areas of the place that will be uncomfortable. We were there nearly a month, and a few more cups and glasses would have helped

Had such a fun spring break stay here!! It was out of the hustle and bustle but just close enough! Everything was beautiful, the coffee and tea were delicious, and don’t get me started on the shower… the only time a kid ever asked to bathe! Walking distance to many different places and lots of parking options available. Definitely recommend for a little get away!
