We had a great stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The basement was a little musty, no one slept down there, but we did hand out in the basement.

Agree with the many reviews praising this apartment. The location is excellent for the National Zoo and convenient for the metro into the Mall. The neighborhood is peaceful while groceries and restaurants are nearby. The space is comfortable and well-equipped with necessities and little extras. The team was very responsive. We would choose this apartment again.

Positive: Location was nice and different for my fiance and I. Enjoyed the place as it came. Negative: In the posting it showed a back patio and grill and we never got to use. Seen someone staying above us and figured it led to the back yard of there spot.

The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. There was a grocery store just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. Communication with the host, Lara, was also smooth and easy. She responded promptly and was very helpful. Overall, the stay met our expectations and requirements.

We came to DC to see the main historical sights and this was perfect! It was in a cute and quiet neighborhood, yet an easy walk to the Eastern market, restaurants, and Metra station. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Totul a fost perfect. Locuință spațioasă, extrem de curată și confortabilă. Dotări moderne , foarte aproape de supermarket și metrou. Comunicarea cu gazda și instrucțiunile au fost excelene.

Great Airbnb. The host was super responsive, the place was clean and peaceful. Nice area with good metro access to red line. I was there for work so it was nice place to sleep in after I finished working every day. Only problem was the flys and mosquitos that swarm the front door. If you open and close the door quick you can stop most of them from getting in, but i did get a few mosquito bites. Probably worse in the summer, and not much the host can do about flys liking DC tbh. Otherwise it was great would totally recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in DC!

Definition of a “Super host”

Very nice spot super comfortable and convenient there are some mice in the area on the street in-front of the house tho. Thats the only negative side. No rats in the house tho

Loved this cute little carriage house 🤩 everything you need for a few days away.

The house was good, the management company made it worth the cost and made up for most of the potential issues. They were friendly and responsive. Kitchen was great anything you need is there. Bathrooms were 4/5, not updated in the last ten years. Bedding 5/5, mattresses 4/5 Mosquitoes no mercy. Stairwell has a skylight that is incredibly bright, we were traveling with small children so this made bedtime and nap time very difficult. I ordered extra black out curtains for the doors. There is lots to do, street is quiet at night!

This place was great! It was closer to the metro than I thought. We took the metro everywhere. Also walkable to Safeway. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The inside was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was great. We cooked breakfast every morning. I would stay here again.

Lovely row house on nice street near to Howard University, great restaurant on the corner and whole foods store within a short walk. Comfortable surroundings with all you need for a family stay. We enjoyed the open plan living area and found the bedrooms very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was delightful and conveniently located to all of the main attraction. It was really nice to be in a residential area and walk around and talk to the locals. Washington DC is sosooo beautiful. This was the best charming find. Especially if you’re in town to walk around and dine this is the spot to be. All of the restaurant found locally are delicious and perfect! You will have no trouble with commute or food in this stay. Also loved the finishings it was sooo cozy 🥰

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay here. The location is stellar with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The private garage parking is a bit of a rare find so that was also amazing. And overall, the house is stunning, clean, and super accommodating for any needs guests may have!

This place has a great balance. It is close enough to easily access all of the attractions, but also far enough to avoid some of the chaos of downtown D.C. if you are looking for something that is private but you still want to experience the downtown vibe, this is perfect.

The home was clean and it had everything that we needed. The neighborhood seemed safe. Most importantly for me it was just 2 blocks from the eastern end of the National Mall. It was only a $15 Uber ride to get to the western end of the National Mall, so every landmark and museum is easily within reach.

Had a great time staying here. We had one small issue with the place and they responded to my message immediately and fixed it which I really appreciated! So honestly it wasn’t even an issue at all. Check out was simple, the place was clean and nice.

They don’t give you enough characters to rave about the hosts. Michelle took great care of us. No complaints only praise. 5* Tucked away was very cool. Although late when we arrived. Was 11pm & followed your details/instructions. I used the same for food delivery (if person read it) Door dash totally blew it leaving next door porch or on house front porch & instacart deliveries (1st one instacart Emily got there w out prob in rain) Others left on house porch. Might I suggest a stick with bumble bee by left side walkway to visually assist those who didn’t read the instructions or call for us & we’d come out. It’s nice back there peaceful so I only suggest a 🐝 🐝 on stick either side of path to white gate may help those who think they read it all but didn’t. Michelle &team are top notch can’t wait to come back! No way we use another host after this spot. Spacially spoiled. 💜 Astazia & Richard

I loved my stay here. The unit is spacious, clean, and located in a great area. It was an excellent deal for the price. Despite being in the heart of the city it had a nice neighborhood feel, which was great for me and my family.

Excellent host. Very communicative with us as well as very responsive and clear. Excellent location near lots of shopping and restaurants all walkable. Not very roomy place as well. Recommended!!!
