Lovely spot with a lot of beautiful character.

Michelle was very kind and had great communication. if you want to be near everything and don’t mind a garden level apartment and ordinary city noise this place is great. it’s not that spacious but clean and near everything. I would recommend it to a couple. The extras are nice and the local recommendations are wonderful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming warm and cozy home on beautiful tree lined quiet street in Adams Morgan. Great location for walking and nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. There were toiletries and other amenities available for use.

We chose this location since it was in close proximity to family. We didn’t spend much time in the unit beyond sleeping and cleaning up. Being a basement apartment it doesn’t get natural light so that would be off putting if you planned on spending all day in there. We did hear the clanking noises mentioned in other reviews but wasn’t too bad but given the time of year was probably less noticeable. Our only complaint is with the bed pillows- great to lean against for reading but much too firm for us and very uncomfortable. We actually borrowed pillows from family after the first night. It would be great if there could be some variety in pillows.

전체적인 평가는 좋습니다. 위치나 청소상태, 그리고 침구류 또한 청결했습니다. 하지만 아쉬운점은 어떤 이유때문인지는 모르겠지만 들어가는 출입구에 생각보다 벌레들이 많았습니다. 그리고 이웃집의 대마초 냄새는 묵는 내내 났었구요. 워싱턴Dc도시라는 문제이긴 하지만 주차난도 불편한 편입니다. 그점을 제외하고는 좋았다고 생각합니다.

Parking situation isn’t great, out front (street parking) you have to move your vehicle from 4:30-6pm every day for street cleaning, and side streets have specific days/times for street cleaning different from main street outside airbnb. There was also an unfortunate situation with a burst pipe from following neighbor that left a sewage odor inside but completely out of control and host was very apologetic and did everything they could do to help out, amazing communication and overall great experience!!

It was nice to finally feel at home. For the last four years of traveling from NC to DC, we have always stayed in hotels. Due to our back-to-back trips for our two daughters’ graduations from two separate colleges on different weekends, we decided to try an Airbnb for the second trip. This was by far the best experience. The home was very welcoming, clean, and quiet. There were renters upstairs above us, but we could barely hear them. The only noise we noticed was occasionally hearing the upstairs toilet flush.

We had a great stay overall and enjoyed both the property and the surrounding area. The place was comfortable, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay there. One issue we encountered was that the shower in the second bathroom did not appear to be working during our stay. During our trip, we needed to extend our work project in the area, so we reached out to ask about staying one additional night. Initially, we were informed that an extra night would be available for $204.75 before taxes. However, later on, we were told they could no longer accommodate the extension or a late checkout because the cleaning team had already been scheduled onsite. While we understand scheduling limitations, the change in communication was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still had a positive experience and appreciated the stay.

We loved staying here. We knew we were going to use the Metro while in town and it was a short walk. Really great food options around as well. Timber Pizza was stellar! It is less than a block to Safeway so getting groceries or anything we forgot was really quick and easy.

We were very happy with our stay. DC is a wonderful place to visit and see our nation’s capitol. the location was excellent close to Trader Joe’s the metro station and local eateries and such. actually it was walking distance to the Capitol building and the National Mall. We thoroughly enjoyed her stay in DC and were very comfortable in the home.

Very walkable and quiet despite being in a basement unit!

A quiet, cute garden studio in the heart of Logan Circle. Loved walking around the neighborhood and was easy to get to the Metro and great restaurants. Was initially worried about hearing noise from upstairs neighbors, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Host was also very communicative when I reached out before check-in to ensure that there would be an ironing board and iron in the unit.

Great location just a few blocks from the Capitol. We were on the middle floor and there is there does not seem to be much sound proofing between floors so we could hear our upstairs neighbors during out stay.

The cutest little ‘English Basement’ in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. I had meetings at the Capitol and this place was located conveniently to either walk to the hill or take the Eastern Metro station over. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Home is comfortable and spacious. Easy walking access to Columbia Heights metro station. Lots of good restaurants around. Parking might be a challenge if arriving late.

This was a great location for our weekend. Easy to get to Arlington, the National Zoo, and Rock Creek trail to bike into DC.

The space itself was spotless, looked exactly like the pictures, and we really enjoyed it! I always try to stay here when I’m in DC. The location is in my favorite neighborhood, Mt. Pleasant, one of the best in the city. The bed is soooo comfortable. Loved it, as always.

This place is in a great Georgetown location and was perfect for our family. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Overall another wonderful AirBnB experience.

We spent a few sweet days on French Street while visiting family in the area. This Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the short stay. It’s in a great, walkable DC location and the host is extremely responsive and helpful.

I couldn’t say enough great things about this place. Anyone who lived in D.C. during the 2000s and especially 2010s will remember the epidemic of people trying to turn one beautiful row house into 4 mediocre, cramped properties, but this is a renovation done right. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Also, clearly the place had families and kids in mind—toys and books galore! We wish we could have stayed longer. 100% recommendation.

Nice inside and good location in Bloomingdale. Had trouble with instructions especially for the internet but host was responsive.

This was perfect for our 4 day stay in DC ! Nice place with a cute patio for morning coffee. It is a great location, walkable distance to many restaurants and an excellent farmers market in DuPont Circle on the weekends.

This apartment was in a perfect location for us and the kitchen was well equipped. The place was nicely remodeled.

We spent a few days on the Hill, and this was the perfect location. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and had no problem finding street parking right in front of the Airbnb. Parking looks like it can be tricky to find during the work day, but we kept ours parked and didn’t move it throughout our stay. We loved picking up coffee at Ebenezers around the corner on the way to our meetings on the Hill. The Airbnb had all of the necessities that we needed, even little things that other hosts haven’t thought of before. The hosts were very responsive, and the unit was clean. We did have an encounter with an unwanted pest one night. This is a basement apartment (although a very sunny, roomy, and non-basement feeling apartment), so that is to be somewhat expected, and insect spray is provided. We would definitely stay again.

Charming tree lined street, quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to great restaurants and grocery store. We used drivers for trips to the museums. Kitchen was well furnished, living room was very comfy. Useful coat rack and bench seat for putting on shoes coming and going. Closest had good storage space. Nice natural lighting in living room and bedroom with well functioning blinds. It was gorgeous, like absolutely stunning and I wish I got to spend more time there! Only thing is will note is that the underground is a little further out the way for anyone who doesn’t have car! But free parking was so helpful!

Great stay overall! The location was amazing and made getting around the city super easy. The space was a little cozy for our group, but it had everything we needed. The queen bed was decent, and while the water didn’t get quite as hot as we prefer and we could occasionally hear the kids upstairs, none of it took away from our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
