The place was just as described and the neighborhood was so pretty.

Insane location yet quiet. 1 minute walk to amazing restaurants and a beautiful boulevard. Good kitchen, nice King bed, and quiet at night. 10/10

The location is very good, just steps away from restaurants and shops. Since it’s a ground-floor unit, it had very little natural light. The ceiling/floor above is old, so you could hear all the footsteps from the family living upstairs. Otherwise, everything was very good.

We had a great time. Stayed here for a military ball and it had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. :).

My wife and I had an amazing visit here! We’ve never been to DC and wanted to come to see the cherry blossoms. Some of the hotels nearby were charging double per night what we paid for our weekend. The host was very responsive and sent messages checking up during our visit to make sure things were good. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was very clean and perfect for a couple who are visiting DC. Amenities were great, nice area very walkable and friendly. We felt safe in the area which was a big worry for us initially. It took us about 20 minutes to get to National Mall and all the museums. Georgetown was about 30 minutes away, and The Wharf was about 15 minutes. Overall we would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a small easy place to stay when visiting Washington, DC! When we go back we will try to stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a small weekend trip! It was nice looking, peaceful, and safe. Only downsides are that there were small bugs and the upstairs is a bit louder than anticipated.

Great stay!!! The apartment exceeded our needs, very clean, just enough for my 2 teenagers and I. Very comfortable beds (queen and a pullout couch), spacious bathroom, nice small kitchen area. This spot is located about a 5 minute walk from the red line metro, with a lot of restaurants around. I would definitely book again.

A lovely 2-story townhouse with private back courtyard Stairs to the front door and narrow staircase to 2nd floor ( only challenge was when I’m trying to carry suitcase). Spacious layout, lots of windows, big DR table for eating ( or high top and stools in kitchen) , 2 1/2 baths. The queen bed was very comfy Per my teen who usually gets a pull out. The king was nice but firm and a bit low to the ground. Plenty of hot water with the showers and was nice to have hand sprayer and rain head in master shower. And a double sink basin. Stackable W/d in closet next to master. ( small loads but efficient) Neighborhood is filled with families and lovely to walk. Found some nice restaurants within a mile either direction. Big groc stores about 4-6 blocks on H st and 1/2 mile walk to Union station to catch metro or get taxi or train. Were responsive quickly to our messages and helpful with answers. I think they have a management team as the names replying varied and not “hosts”

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Washington DC. Thirteen minute walk to the National Zoo and to the Metro Station. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in DC.

Excellent access to the metro (Eastern Market stop, just a few stops from the Smithsonian), very close to Barracks Row restaurants, walkable to Trader Joe’s, etc. There is a great playground nearby our kids (7 and 5) loved when they were tired of museums. Would stay again!

We stayed in DC for a week vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The home was walkable to many amenities such as CVS, Whole Foods, and nice restaurants. Was perfect place to stay while visiting local landmarks.

Our host, Michelle, was wonderful. We received updates and all the necessary information to make checking in very easy. We were so pleased with the house and it was perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable. The house was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were great!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around the area. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The space itself was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the DC area. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for my time on the Hill and well within walking distance of the Capitol. I can honestly say it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in while in DC. Not to mention, the added touches were so appreciated. Michelle provides all toiletries from Public Goods, which was such a lovely detail and great quality, and she even offers laundry pods for the excellent washer and dryer. There are teas to enjoy, and the shared backyard space is wonderful. The shower is cozy, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the family in the upper space is very quiet. It felt like a very private, comfortable place to stay. Michelle was a kind host, very communicative, and made the whole experience easy. And I have to say, my favorite part of the stay was the Star Wars Lego art in the bathroom – it made my day. I’ll absolutely be staying here every time I’m in the city. Thank you so very much, Michelle. 10/10!

This was an ideal place to stay in every aspect. The location was perfect – close to everything, with easy on-street parking, but still felt like a quiet residential neighborhood. The space itself and the amenities were equally wonderful – had all of the basics I needed (coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, fluffy towels, etc.), and the living area was perfect for stretching out after a long day. The bathroom was pristine with a great shower, and most importantly, the bed was SO comfortable. I would 100% stay here again for the location and the convenience and comfort in every way.

Great stay overall. The row house was very clean and one of the nicer Airbnb properties I’ve stayed in. The space was comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were also very responsive and quick to help with any questions. Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.

Great place! The hosts were very communicative and the apartment was very well appointed. I arrived late due to a delayed flight and could access the apartment with no trouble. It was comfortable and quiet. Definitely would stay again. 5 stars!

Nice find. Easy DC access, in quiet area close to grocery, metro, etc. Details about arrival and departure were easy to follow. Only small hiccup was not having one item in the house that was listed, and it took a little longer than I anticipated to address, but they followed through!

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely enjoyed it! Everything we just as described. It was clean and more spacious than we thought. It’s located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance from a couple of restaurants and the metro. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to DC!

Stayed here for a family Spring Break (5 of us). Tons of room every amenity you could want and an amazing location close to everything! A+ home and highly recommend staying here!
