How do I adjust the thermostat or use the appliances?
Your check-in guide has instructions for everything in the home. If you need help, just reach out—we’re happy to assist.

How do I book a stay with Home Sweet City?

You can easily book a stay online at one of our homes through our website. Browse properties availability by date, number of guests or location.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out vary by property, but in general check in is in the afternoon and check out is in the morning. If you need a place to stay before checking in, you can swing by the HSC Hive, our connection space near Dupont Circle.

How do I access the property?
Most of our homes feature keyless entry, and you’ll receive detailed instructions before arrival. If a key is required, we’ll let you know exactly how to get it.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
We do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. Reach out, and we’ll see what’s possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
