Great spot for families! Easy to navigate to all DC has to offer, walkable to great restaurants. Uber was incredibly easy to and from the house. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need including extra linens and a bidet in the primary bathroom.

We had such a good time in Washington! This house was perfect for our family of 5, we could walk to nearly everything! Bus station on the corner, although we used taxi/ubers. Hosts were very reaponsive with any and all questions and concerns!

Our kids loved the flexibility of having three floors to live on since we’d never stayed in a town home before. We found the home to be comfortable and in great shape.
The neighborhood left us feeling a bit sketchy, but ultimately turned out to be fine. We had been riding public transportation while at a downtown hotel the week before but found Lyft to be way more convenient and much faster – so recognize your transportation costs may go up.
Proactive communication and reminders throughout.

We stayed the week of July 4th and primarily used the bus for transportation. The bus stop is 1 min walking distance, so the AirB&B’s location was very convenient.
The neighborhood was very quiet, except on the 4th. The neighbors shot fireworks off until 2am. Regardless, we felt safe and comfortable while there.
The accommodations were exactly as described, and the managers were very quick to reply when we had questions.
The only negative was the A/C in the upstairs. The basement & main level were quite cool, but the upstairs stayed a bit warm, even with the additional fans. I’m not a fan of being cold, so I didn’t mind.

The place was really nice, the only issue was there was a mouse in the house that kept coming out. It got on the couch and left droppings. Which was not a comfortable feeling. It would have been nice to be offered some compensation for the inconvenience Also there are no utensils in the house or silverware.

We had a great stay, the house was warm and welcoming with lots of ammenities. There was a bus stop right outside that made it easy to access the city. Would definitely recommend this home to friends visiting the city.

We thought it was very weird that we were only given one towel per person although we were staying 4 nights. There is only one towel hook in all three bathrooms and no where to hang your wet towels that you have to use your entire stay.
The Decor is very average. Artwork is minimal and bad.
The dining room table is damaged and picked at our clothes when we were seated there. This piece of furniture needs to be replaced. It ruined one of my shirts.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, great location, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, though we were too busy to use it for cooking/making meals while staying there.
Quite a lot of stairs to climb, from entering into the house from the street in front to going up to the top floor bedrooms so this home will pose some challenges to those with mobility issues. Otherwise, this place is a gem.

This was a great place to stay with my family. Taking the D6 bus to the National Mall was super easy since the stop was just a few steps away. Location was really nice. Quiet neighborhood. The home was great, super clean, and beds were comfortable. Would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay! I have stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one stands out as among the absolute best. It was pristine all around, from kitchen to bathrooms to linens. It was spacious, really conveniently arranged, and we easily slept our 3 adults and 4 kids, and also had space to all eat meals together because the kitchen/dining area was so spacious. There is tons of lounge space for everyone to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and it’s a relatively short walk to the Capitol, but there’s also a bus that stops immediately outside the home.
The one thing to note is there’s no grocery/convenience store within walking distance, so we had to uber to stock up for the stay.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Capitol Hill. We walked to the Smithsonian Museums and were comfortable in this lodging. The kitchen was a great place for us to cook family meals and there was enough space overall for us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other all the time. We were very happy with our stay.

A beautiful stay in eastern Capitol Hill. A very convenient walk to both Lincoln Park and H Street. It’s a beautiful stroll to the Capitol as well. Highly recommend for families!

This house worked great for our family reunion in Washington DC. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a bus stop. It was pretty clean and organized overall. It could use a little more kitchen essentials, like salt and pepper and more extra blankets and linens but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive, prompt and accommodating.

This recently renovated townhouse served our family group well. It stayed warm in cold weather, thanks to new double pane windows. The two upstairs bedrooms with ensuite baths are comfortable. The open-plan, bright main level is good for hanging out, cooking etc. The third bedroom and bath are in a half-basement area with low ceilings that’s well finished and warm but has a bit of sound from the heating system. However the young family member who slept down there had no complaints.

Nice, easy house that comfortably slept 6 people. We were there for a convention and there was a bus stop steps from the front door. Easy to access, find, check in, has all that you need, no issues at all!

If I was at this place alone or with different people it probably would have been ok. However, 2 guests with me have severe pet allergies and apparently the guest(s) before us had a service dog with them. I didn’t notice it for a few days because the rest of our party did not arrive for a few days and I was mostly not at the home. But when the other two guests arrived we noticed it immediately. There was dog hair all over both couches and all the rugs. There also was dog hair in the washer and dryer when I went to use it on day 3. I immediately told the host and they did send someone out immediately. But that cleaning service told us they were not equipped to clean it properly and had told the host previously about it and they did not hire anyone else. One guest reacted to her eyes and face and the other had an asthmatic reaction. Although the host was sympathetic, I don’t believe they fully understood how hard it was no matter how I explained. Book at your own risk.

Great, comfortable stay especially if you have kids! Responsive hosts and ready to help whenever needed. We stayed here while our home was being remodeled. 17days here felt comfortable. 🙂 No noise, clean space, large kitchen, comfortable sofa, showers could get hotter water and better pressure. Would use again for guests coming into Capitol Hill.

I stayed here with my family for a week we truly enjoyed walking the neighborhood and cooking in the kitchen every day. The house offers plenty of space for a big family with all the amenities well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in DC.
