Fabulous house! My family and I had a fantastic time in DC. It was our first time visiting the city and the location was perfect for us. We loved being so close to everything and the fact that the house was so comfortable made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect location for our family of four to explore all the sights. The location provided close walking distance to the metro for fast travels. The house is just a block and a half away from Whole Foods, CVS and restaurants. Quiet and safe feeling neighborhood made it feel like home. All questions were responded to quickly, and friendly. I was worried that the couch would feel small and be uncomfortable. No need to worry for it was very cozy, and felt so soft to the touch with plenty of room. Beautifully decorated, and comfy beds. I would highly recommended staying here.

This place is great for staying in DC if you want to be close to all the sites and great food. Highly recommend. Location is great – 30 min walk to the mall, 15 min to Union station. Great restaurants, a Whole Foods and a CVS are blocks away and super convenient. House is nice. Large space to hang out on the first floor with a nice kitchen area. Everything is modern. The ceilings are high and there are a lot of steps so that’s a consideration for older folks. The AC is great and totally necessary for beating the heat in DC in summer. The host company is very responsive. They dropped off extra towels when we requested and even a larger pan to help supplement what was in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this home was very comfortable. The home was uncluttered and very clean. We enjoyed its proximity to the sights of DC, however, we found it too far to walk to these spots. An Uber was very affordable though. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the small, back outdoor deck and used the gaming table many, many times. The short walk to Whole Foods allowed us to grab essential grocery items and having a Starbucks nearby was very handy!! We would stay here again in the future.

Great location a few blocks from Whole Foods, Union Station and Capitol. We loved how the home felt a little historical, but was so fresh and clean. We would grab Lime bikes in the neighborhood and head to the mall for sightseeing and museums or call an Uber for longer trips. Easy.

This home is perfect for a visit to DC. This was a very special trip for a friend who was retiring from the Air Force. it was the perfect house to reunite family for this occasion. The historical home was spacious, clean, comfortable and very inviting. visiting the east from the West it’s nice to stay in a neighborhood where the homes are so close together. we would happily stay here again. Also, proximity to public transportation, rideshare, and the lime scooters we did not require a rental car for our visit.

We loved our stay. The home was perfect and clean. We brought our three boys to show them around DC. There is a school with a playground and a field right by the house that our boys were able to go throw baseballs and kick soccer balls when we got back from touring museums. The kitchen was well stocked. They had extra of things like spices and paper towels and trash bags that made it super easy when you were only there for four days. There are grocery stores that are super close and easy to walk to. We had no trouble finding parking. We would love to stay again if we came back to DC.

This townhouse is not to be missed! Just a short walk from H St and its streetcar, this home is great for travelers who don’t want to drive to DC and deal with the traffic and finding parking. The sheets on the beds were so luxurious and soft, and the home is simply beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, cozy and very clean. The location was great and the host was very responsive and allowed for an early check in. Our only critiques would be that like another reviewer mentioned, the pillows are very firm and uncomfortable and the tv in living room was difficult to connect to streaming, there were no instructions for that. Overall, great place!

Fantastic home centrally located to many DC attractions. My entire family felt right at home in the beautifully laid out space. This home is definitely on our list for our future trips to Washington.

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to grocery stores and several excellent restaurants. Most major points of interest are only a $15-$20 LYFT ride away. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but a permit is required. The permit must be printed and displayed on your dashboard, so be sure to arrange this in advance to streamline your trip. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We encountered a minor issue with streaming on the TV, but it was quickly resolved—someone came to assist within a couple of hours. Communication was excellent, with all messages and questions addressed promptly. A kcup coffee machine would have been far more convenient than the standard coffee pot provided. With tea, cocoa, & coffee drinkers in our group, the kettle was handy, but kcups would have made things much easier. We found the pillows on the beds to be extremely firm, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Visited DC with 6 people, and we were SO happy with the accommodations. The neighborhood is cute, it was a quick drive to just about everywhere we went, the home is beautiful and comfortable. My kids (tweens) loved the bunk beds, and the other guest rooms were spacious and lovely. We’d definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC! The space is beautiful, with great amenities like a fantastic microwave, laundry facilities, comfortable beds, and well-kept bathrooms. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the teas and coffee!

Beautiful house for a family stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We arrived at midnight with our young kids, and they made sure we had access. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
