Our family really enjoyed our stay in DC! We used the metro each day since the Eastern Market stop was very close! Parking was right in front of the house and it was super simple to get a pass for the time we were staying. House was stocked well and was clean and it even had a place to do laundry. Our kids used the pullout and it is the most comfortable pullout I have ever laid on! We look forward to returning to DC soon!

This quintessential Capitol Hill row home is not swank but it is plenty comfortable and very clean. Our family of five had plenty of space for our stay.
The location is fantastic – but we are a little biased 🙂 (we used to own a row house in eastern market and moved away five years ago)
The kitchen is fully stocked – you could cook Thanksgiving dinner here and not want for any kitchen item.
Washing machine with detergent was provided – great if you have a 13 year old who gets pizza sauce on his favorite hoodie and the other 2 hoodies you packed are just not going to work.
Very nice to have all the soap / shampoo / etc provided.
WiFi was fairly terrible – my husband needed to work a few times and he couldn’t maintain a good connection.
The shower is janky & water pressure low.
Kind of musty when we first walked in.
Could do without the fake flowers / trees – they were dusty.
Overall a very convenient and comfortable landing pad for doing all the DC things!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in DC! We used the metro each day since the Eastern Market stop was very close! This was the perfect place for our family trip to DC!! The space was comfortable and accommodating. The location was safe and convenient. The metro was a close walk which made seeing the city very easy. We would definitely go back!!

Nicely laid out 2 bedroom apartment with lots of light. Great location on Capitol Hill near Trader Joe’s and CVS as well as many restaurants. We will stay here again.

Fantastic place and really well located. The apartment was well equipped and very clean with beautiful art work throughout and two great bedrooms. Short walk to restaurants and markets, plus metro access. Very happy with our stay and hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay; the home was probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve visited. The kitchen was well equipped, including coffee beans and a French press; and being able to wash laundry with messy kids was a plus. We absolutely loved the neighborhood, our boys enjoyed the local playground, Trader Joe’s and the Metro station was very walkable; we even walked to get pedicures and attend a yoga class. The restaurants in the vicinity were also solid.

I had a great stay at this airbnb it was super close to the metro and parking was super convenient. The house itself was a decent size for the area not too claustrophobic. It was decorated nice and I was really impressed with my stay. It was very equipped with all the kitchen equipment you can think of; it was so convenient and very appreciated. There were all the pots and pans you needed even a crockpot, blender, tupperware, cooking utensils, and spices! The bedrooms were stocked with extra bed linens and towels, there was even padding on the side of the bed so you didn’t hit your leg on a corner! The host were very responsive and super informative about parking and how to access the house they even had a helpful website with things to do all around the area.

This was our first AirBnB experience, and it was great! We were traveling with teens and senior citizens and we all fit perfectly and had plenty of room. The accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location a few blocks to the Metro and Trader Joe’s. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while exploring D.C.!

Very sweet place to stay on Capitol Hill. Only a few blocks to everything! It is a lovely space and had everything we needed! Host was responsive during our stay with a couple questions as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed spot in Capitol Hill. The layout was thoughtful and inviting, with décor that struck just the right balance between charm and comfort. Check-in was seamless, the location couldn’t have been easier to find, and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful from start to finish. Everything felt well taken care of and we’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Capitol Hill. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It’s an ideal spot for families, especially those with kids, as the area felt very safe and welcoming.
The house itself was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was provided—the home was fully equipped with all the essentials and more.
Parking was super easy—we usually found a spot right in front of the house, which made coming and going very convenient.
Communication with the host was incredibly fast and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly, well-located place to stay in DC. We’d definitely love to come back!

Bons restaurantes e supermercado perto. Ruas silenciosas e agradáveis para passear.
Perto do Mall e do Metro e tb da Union Station.
Casa muito equipada e ambientes amplos, agradáveis, confortáveis e iluminados.
Estavamos em 3, mas comporta muito bem dois casais.
Não aproveitamos o jardim, mas deve ser ótimo no calor.

We loved our stay! The space was much bigger than expected and it was so clean and homey. It’s located in such a quaint part of capital hill and I’ll miss walking out of the door and walking around. Such a wonderful stay, thank you!

We stayed here for a long weekend while visiting family and had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect is the Capitol Hill neighborhood and is close by a ton of great bars and restaurants. Major attractions like the mall and museums are easily accessible and even walkable. The apartment itself was clean and decorated very nicely and perfectly matched the description and listing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in this neighborhood, we would definitely stay here in again in the future!
