In-Person Introduction
Lara and Alex visit personally to assess fit. If selected, we share a full requirements checklist, staging ideas, and income projections — one on one.
Agreement & Setup
We handle the contract, insurance documentation, and W-9, then build your listing in our proprietary property management system.
Preparation & Photography
We coordinate repairs, arrange a professional deep clean, deliver hospitality linens and consumables, and schedule your professional photo shoot.
Launch & First Guests
Your property goes live across our digital networks — optimally priced, fully staged, and ready to welcome its first guests.
