If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. It was literally my home away from home. Amazing communication between myself and the host. The location is perfect. This will be my 2 go to air BNB whenever in the DC area. There is a CVS within 2 blocks, Chase Bank, Trader Joe’s on the corner, and plenty of other restaurants just within blocks of this perfect gem location. I appreciate the fresh water left in the refrigerator as well. It’s the little things like this that count and makes an experience amazing.

Our first location 619 M St Ne was not as safe as we expected the place itself is really nice and clean, but first night in our car got broken into and had some stuff stolen that threw the vacation out the window but second location 808 D st e seemed a bit safer so overall places are nice but the neighborhood is a little bit sketchy.

New to DC and I don’t want to tell anyone about this place because I want it to myself!! Great and safe location. Love walking out and seeing the park and families. Walked for bagels & coffee. Eastern market most stop for lunch, drinks, and dinners. Felt safe walking at night.

Had a great time. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Cute, comfortable and welcoming.

The place was infested with flies. I complained and they were slow to act. We had to barricade ourselves in the bedroom. Hardly used the kitchen or living room. I would kill them and a few hours later there were more. We would leave for the day and arrive and there were more…again. They brought me a can of insecticide but no fly swatter. I hate flies so the entire time I was there I was uncomfortable and disgusted. I thought we had big flies in Texas….DC’s flies are BIGGER! The place was nice and the location was great but I did not want to spend my entire vacation killing flies!

My child and I really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy cozy and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and the shower was large. The kitchenware was clean and easy to use. The only issue is at the front door and in the front of the house was a foul smell when we arrived. It waned throughout our stay and was present. We mostly felt really comfortable in our stay and enjoyed ourselves very much. The location is prime for accessing the national mall. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Cozy english basement apartment with comfortable bed, plenty of space to hang clothes, and great location next to TJs and metro. Host was very responsive and helped out with an internet issue early on. Would stay again. Thanks!

I was in town for work, and the apartment was incredibly convenient to the metro, grocery stores and restaurants, and interesting areas to explore, too. The space looked just like the photos, and the hosts were extremely responsive.

The location is fabulous-close to so many restaurants and shops as well as Metro Station and Eastern Market. The Capital and many other DC sites are in close proximity. The Airbnb itself is comfortable for two people-great shower, comfortable bed and all the basic kitchen amenities one would need! We will definitely look to book here on our next visit!

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was great overall, except there were quite a few mosquitoes. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Well converted DC basement apartment. Good for couple or single traveller. Clean and quiet. Park and Metro station across the street. Great location. You need to be a bit agile to get down the steps.

Really a great location, and well appointed apartment. The location has tons of great food and shopping options and you are in a great residential community for DC. Access to metro is super convenient. If you are traveling with a child there is a playground and park right outside the door across the street. Some noise as you’d expect off a major road and under an occupied residence.

Our stay at D.C. Dweller Eastern Market was great! The space was perfect for a couple. Very cozy and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was comfortable, fitted with clean crisp bedding. The towels were great too. Do keep in mind that this is a basement apartment and the ceilings are low. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishware and cookware. They even included a Brita water pitcher—a thoughtful touch! But with the incredible dining options just steps away, you might not even need to cook. The neighborhood has everything: a CVS, Trader Joe’s, and Starbucks within a block, and so many restaurants. You could eat somewhere new for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for a week and never run out of options! Do yourself a favor and check out I EGG YOU for breakfast—Get the potatoes with bacon , you’ll thank me later! The Metro is mere steps from the front door, making it incredibly easy to explore all that D.C has to offer. We had an amazing experience and will book again!

Had a amazing stay at this Eastern Market Location! It’s central to everything you can think of such as the metro, grocery stores, outdoor market and great restaurants. The space was comfy and had a nice luxury vibe in the bedroom and bathroom. My only negative note is that it can get pretty stuffy in there and the windows don’t open at all.
