Cozy, clean, and great place to stay. The host was super responsive when I noticed some discoloration forming on the sheets – they came by and changed the sheets and towels and left me a nice little gift! I also had to extend for a few days and they made it super easy.

Great location! Was in walking distance of many things to see/eat/do. Perfect spot to stay for a solo traveler. Michelle was an incredibly responsive host. The only thing that was a slight issue was the creaky ceiling and partly thin walls. I could hear people talking/playing music next door and people walking upstairs. However, I’d still consider staying again.

Very clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Hot water wasn’t a problem. Very cute. It’s small though. I wouldn’t recommend for 2 friends staying here unless you’re really close.
We didn’t rent a car and took public transport around. It worked out fine, but next time I go I will pick a location that is located near more bus stops or a metro station. We did a lot of walking bc we Intended to do the museums and such, which is about. 40min walk from the Airbnb.
I would have preferred to use metro but there wasn’t a station nearby.
This location is nice, I felt safe. It’s kinda a party street at night so expect people to be out and about.
Lots of food in the area so no need to look far for meals.
Overall it was a great stay and everything other than location was 5 stars.

Visited by myself Washington DC for the first time during the first week of December 2024. The studio was cute and perfect! Exactly like the photos. It had everything I needed (microwave, oven, coffeemaker, refrigerator). Best of all, it offered privacy and a safe location, with lots of restaurants and relatively close to the McPherson Metro station. Would definitely comeback!

Little Luxuries in Logan was perfect for our weekend in the city. So clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Very clear (and timely) instructions for checking in and out. Home Sweet City was very responsive to my questions. We were surprised how quiet it was at night, given its proximity to 14th street, which is usually very busy on weekend nights. Convenient location, and so close to a wide variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be back!

This is a very lovely room with all the utensils that you would probably need. The beding was very clean. I had some nice sleep here. The location is great. There are restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Very peaceful neighborhood. I feel safe and calm staying here. The host team was very helpful and responded super fast. I would recommend this room to people who need a lovely place to stay when traveling to DC.

I really enjoyed “Home Sweet City.” I only came in for a few days for a work event, and wanted to break away from the normal hotel stay, so I could feel a bit more at home/at peace vs. the “on the road” feeling that comes with work travel. It 100% accomplished that! They were very responsive, clear and courteous. The place was very quaint and quiet. I LOVE the neighborhood so much! Super walkable, clean, great food and more just steps away! Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Home Sweet City’s studio was great. The apartment was quiet and centrally located for all I wanted to do in D.C.
The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the amenities were perfect.
The bathroom was loaded with all of the essentials including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
It was the perfect cozy place that really felt like a small oasis in the city.
I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to stay in D.C.

Absolutely great location and place. Walkable to pretty much everything you need and there’s public transportation as well. Despite it being in a popular area it was nice and quiet in the apartment. Although it’s a small place, it has literally everything you could ever need – the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and appliances. The hosts had great instructions and were super proactive in sending updates/checking in throughout. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay for the wedding we were attending right around the corner. My wife and I did most of our exploring on foot, but the metro stations are not far off either and make it easy to connect to any part of the city fast.

This will be a new go-to AirBNB for me when I visit DC. Loved my stay – had everything I could imagine for a comfortable visit, including a wonderful kitchenette and ample closet space for organizing my clothes. The decor of the room was cheery and gave me a smile whenever I walked in. The location is wonderful, within a 1 minute walk to many delicious restaurants. Felt very safe to walk around even at night, and while being near a lovely area never had issues with noise. Appreciated too that access to the unit is very simple. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a great stay, especially as a solo traveler! The instructions for my stay were clear and I was sent reminders during my stay. Definitely a great place for a short trip. The only issue I ran into is that they electronic keypad would not light up right away, which was hard at night. I had to tap it a couple times before the keypad would light up fully. Other than that, everything was great!

The place is clean, well equipped and well located, near bus stops, metro station and shops. There are a few downsides to this place : there only is a small window so it is quite dark, the bed is small (barely wide enough for two adults to comfortably sleep in) and there is a garage adjoining the apartment and communicating through a door. Garbage cans for the building are stored there and when the ventilation inside was on, we could faintly smell the trash. I would still recommend this place for a short stay in D.C.

I moved out next morning and checked into a hotel nearby.
I didn’t appreciate from the descriptions that it’s a basement apartment with no natural light also it is quite small. Honestly it felt claustrophobic.
The hotel turned out slightly more expensive (not much) but my room is bigger than the whole studio!
So all in all I am disappointed and out of pocket!!
Though I have to say the location is incredible and the studio was clean!

This intimate apartment is ideally located, right in the middle of everything, walkable to all the main attractions and if it’s the end of the day and you’re tired, not too far from the Metro. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would recommend this as a base for sight-seeing or attending a meeting at the convention center as I was.

This Logan Circle location was stellar and such a convenient space. I booked a couple yoga sessions nearby, bought Whole Foods snacks, and had the option to ride Capital Bikes or take a 15-20 mins stroll to the nearest Metro. It was a great space to absorb DC.

Cozy studio for one or two near lots of great restaurants and bars in the city. About half a mile walk from the nearest Metro stations and 0.8 miles from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (lovely walk in good weather, used a ride service when it was heavily raining). Would stay at again!

The best thing about this stay was the location. It was perfectly located for great dining, easy walks to meetings downtown, and a safe and walkable neighborhood between Logan and DuPont Circle. Be aware that the space is very small, though the kitchenette was surprisingly functional despite its small size. A pleasant surprise!
I would not recommend this stay for anyone sensitive to mattress quality.

Great location. Could easily walk to all the tourist sights and museums. Bike station to rent on the same block. Only con is you’ll most likely also have to find and pay for a parking garage, but that’s pretty standard in most cities.

Great place for one person. It’s the sort of place to choose if you intend to be out and about during the day but then have a quiet place to rest and rejuvenate before heading out again.

Home Sweet City's studio was great. The apartment was quiet and centrally located for all I wanted to do in D.C.
The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the amenities were perfect.
The bathroom was loaded with all of the essentials including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
It was the perfect cozy place that really felt like a small oasis in the city.
I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to stay in D.C.

This place is wonderful to stay in and is exactly as described. The only thing to note is that you can hear the people living above. Their TV noise, footsteps, and conversations are noticeable.

Absolutely great location and place. Walkable to pretty much everything you need and there’s public transportation as well. Despite it being in a popular area it was nice and quiet in the apartment. Although it’s a small place, it has literally everything you could ever need - the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and appliances. The hosts had great instructions and were super proactive in sending updates/checking in throughout. Would definitely recommend!

A great stay in DC! It’s small, but just what was needed. The location was perfect - cafes and restaurants, close to many things. Communication was excellent- I was very impressed with the amount of information provided about the place and the recommendations for where to go, what to see and resources that might be helpful. I will stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay for the wedding we were attending right around the corner. My wife and I did most of our exploring on foot, but the metro stations are not far off either and make it easy to connect to any part of the city fast.

I was coming into town for work located in the heart of DC and everything about this stay was absolutely perfect! The place was perfect for my needs and time in the city and an unbeatable location truly. The host was super friendly and communicative and I knew I could get in touch and receive a quick response if I needed. I had zero issues. Thank you for the perfect stay!

This will be a new go-to AirBNB for me when I visit DC. Loved my stay - had everything I could imagine for a comfortable visit, including a wonderful kitchenette and ample closet space for organizing my clothes. The decor of the room was cheery and gave me a smile whenever I walked in. The location is wonderful, within a 1 minute walk to many delicious restaurants. Felt very safe to walk around even at night, and while being near a lovely area never had issues with noise. Appreciated too that access to the unit is very simple. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a great stay, especially as a solo traveler! The instructions for my stay were clear and I was sent reminders during my stay. Definitely a great place for a short trip. The only issue I ran into is that they electronic keypad would not light up right away, which was hard at night. I had to tap it a couple times before the keypad would light up fully. Other than that, everything was great!

The place is clean, well equipped and well located, near bus stops, metro station and shops. There are a few downsides to this place : there only is a small window so it is quite dark, the bed is small (barely wide enough for two adults to comfortably sleep in) and there is a garage adjoining the apartment and communicating through a door. Garbage cans for the building are stored there and when the ventilation inside was on, we could faintly smell the trash. I would still recommend this place for a short stay in D.C.

I moved out next morning and checked into a hotel nearby.
I didn’t appreciate from the descriptions that it’s a basement apartment with no natural light also it is quite small. Honestly it felt claustrophobic.
The hotel turned out slightly more expensive (not much) but my room is bigger than the whole studio!
So all in all I am disappointed and out of pocket!!
Though I have to say the location is incredible and the studio was clean!

Centrally located apartment that was perfect for my needs during a one week stay in DC. Kitchenette was a nice feature that allowed me to fix breakfast in the morning; small table allowed me to set up computer & do work when I needed to. Would definitely stay there again.

This intimate apartment is ideally located, right in the middle of everything, walkable to all the main attractions and if it's the end of the day and you're tired, not too far from the Metro. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would recommend this as a base for sight-seeing or attending a meeting at the convention center as I was.

This Logan Circle location was stellar and such a convenient space. I booked a couple yoga sessions nearby, bought Whole Foods snacks, and had the option to ride Capital Bikes or take a 15-20 mins stroll to the nearest Metro. It was a great space to absorb DC.

Cozy studio for one or two near lots of great restaurants and bars in the city. About half a mile walk from the nearest Metro stations and 0.8 miles from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (lovely walk in good weather, used a ride service when it was heavily raining). Would stay at again!

The best thing about this stay was the location. It was perfectly located for great dining, easy walks to meetings downtown, and a safe and walkable neighborhood between Logan and DuPont Circle. Be aware that the space is very small, though the kitchenette was surprisingly functional despite its small size. A pleasant surprise!
I would not recommend this stay for anyone sensitive to mattress quality.

Great location. Could easily walk to all the tourist sights and museums. Bike station to rent on the same block. Only con is you'll most likely also have to find and pay for a parking garage, but that's pretty standard in most cities.
