We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and clean, right in the middle of a lovely neighborhood of leafy streets and townhomes. We easily walked to the White House and the mall.
And the hosts were incredibly responsive. There was a minor problem with a lock on a bathroom door. I messaged them through the app and the management responded immediately and fixed the problem within a couple hours, while we were out sightseeing. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This gem is one of the most fully stocked Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. It was perfect for our 2 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, and every bedroom was en suite. Felt like we had our own space and enjoyed being together. The location had everything you’d need from a supermarket to great restaurants. There was even parking! We made some wonderful memories on this trip to DC!!!

We stayed at this home for Christmas 2024. Family of five and we brought the grand parents as well. The house was well appointed, clean, and organized. The checkin was easy. The location worked out really well for our family. We used Uber for most of our trips downtown, it was a short 5 minute ride to all of the museums and attractions around the national mall area. We also did quite a bit of walking on 14th St., which is just steps away. There are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within close proximity to the home.
Overall, we had an excellent time and I highly recommend this location for anyone travelling to the DC area.

Fabulous home for our birthday celebration. Walkable to stores and restaurants — even a yummy ice cream store. Would love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor spaces.

Fantastic stay at this Logan Circle townhouse! Looks just like the photos; well appointed and perfect for our family of five. Appreciated the off-street parking though it is a bit tricky pulling a large SUV in and out because of the narrow alley. For families with young kids, there are steep stairs at the front entrance, but it is easy to go out the back with a stroller or scooters. We would definitely stay here again!

Where to begin with this house… it is very clear that no corner was cut when the owners designed this house. From the natural lighting to the doors to the artwork on the walls this house is one of a kind. On top of the beautiful decor it is a practical house as well that has been meticulously cared for. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom which was amazing for my 4 year old who never had to travel far to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. They also have workout equipment in one of the bedrooms which was a great surprise! They have a ton of kid friendly things! The house is equipped with children’s games and activities, and a stroller! The house is also in a WONDERFUL neighborhood and is centrally located to all of the greatest attractions and great restaurants. The people in charge of the house are also extremely responsive and quick to respond which is always helpful. We hope to return to DC and when we do we would definitely stay here again!

Exceptionally nice house in a fabulous location. Everything was smooth and easy with checkin and checkout and the house was everything (and a little more) described in the listing. The specialized coffee beans was a nice and delicious touch.

Amazing! That’s the word that comes to mind when describing this immaculately decorated, gorgeous home. From decor to linens to location, everything about this home will check every box on your list. The house itself is spacious and I loved that every bedroom was en suite. Unfortunately weather did not permit during our visit, but the outside seating areas would be wonderful for gathering on a beautiful day/evening. The beds are extremely comfortable, showers spa-like, and the interior design outstanding. Truly luxurious home! As to location, you are within walking distance of everything from Whole Foods, to fine dining, to shopping, and everything in between. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and was an easy drive or uber to all of our destinations. We have a large SUV and were able to park in the garage; speak with the Host if you have more than one car to determine if both cars would fit. However, we also had no problem finding street parking, when needed. – Incredible stay!

This was a very good experience. Property is beautifully and carefully appointed, designed for a 5 star guest experience. Location is near some great restaurants and a bustling but lovely part of the Nations Capital. The host was very thoughtful and responsive. It was near perfect for me and felt like home to us. I look forward to returning to this property.

Fabulous townhome in a nice neighborhood luxurious from start to finish! Very responsive and flexible hosts, great to have off-street parking available, lots of space for 6 of us to spread out, and great spaces, from top to bottom (the roof!!).
Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting DC – we’d love to book again next time we are in town!

Beautiful and restful property with several nice outdoor places. Our family especially liked the rooftop deck to see the sun set. Quiet, comfortable beds in every room and high end kitchen. We just returned home from DC with our family. We absolutely loved this home. The very large outside patio with the lights to the massive kitchen, perfectly clean. Walkable to one of the best restaurants in town and wonderful coffee just 3 blocks away. We loved how clean the house was. Impeccably decorated. The coffee/tea was a great touch. They had all the little extras of a 5star resort. The host responded so fast and so helpful. Truly made our stay in DC perfect.

워싱턴에 가족, 친척들과 함께 머물일이 생겨 숙소를 알아보던중 이 곳을 알게되었습니다. 함께 묵었던 일행 모두 이 숙소에 대해 매우 만족했습니다. 또한 숙소에 대해 급한 질문을 할 때도 바로 응답해주어 숙소를 이용하는데 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다. 도착한 첫째날 아직 시차적응이 되지 않아 새벽에 거실에 있었는데 우리가 움직이는 소리가 아래층 거주자에게 들렸던 점에 대해서는 미안하게 생각합니다.
전채적읋 기대 이상의 숙소였고. Airbnb를 통해 많은 곳울 경험해보았던 일행들도 이 곳이 가장 좋았다고 할만큼 잘 머물었습니다. 덕분에 워싱턴 여행이 매우 즐거웠습니다.

We had an impeccable stay. The accommodations were comfortable and generous, the host was responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect. We especially loved the rooftop deck, comfortable beds, and wonderful kitchen/sitting area for spending time with family. 110% would recommend and would love to return someday!

The house is stunning! Super clean and well stocked for the 5 nights we were there. We loved the layout of the house, and it was walkable to many restaurants & coffee shops. We unfortunately experienced a few ssues in communicating with the hosts. They were very responsive but there were 3 different people responding which caused a lot of confusion as they weren’t aligned in their responses. One example was miscommunication about the size of the parking garage which caused frustration when we arrived and were trying to maneuver our 2 cars into the very tight space. However, house itself is 5 stars and we really enjoyed staying here- it’s pricey but truly a great townhome in a convenient location, with beautiful furnishings and decor, and a very cozy, homey feel.

Beautiful home that is nicely decorated! The pictures and descriptions in the listing are accurate. The home was clean and very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with items that you may need during your stay. Nicely located within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. It was a short ride to most of the museums and popular places of interest. The private parking space is a gem as city parking can be a challenge.
The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

The house was immaculate. It looked as luxurious as it does in the photos. It was so clean I walked in and felt I could relax the way I do at home.
What impressed me the most was the thoughtful care and attention to details. The quality decor, the ambient lighting, the interesting coffee books, the abundance of tissue boxes in each room demonstrated a kind of thoughtfulness about the way people actually live on the part of the homeowner.
The kitchen was well stocked and had more than four place settings. There were extra linens and laundry detergent provided. The master bed even had a way to raise and lower the mattress for each partner and the pillows were very comfortable. I slept very well in that bed. An added bonus was the rooftop seating which we were able to enjoy each evening before bed.
It is a lovely home, close to restaurants, the gym, and the grocery store. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

Our Home Sweet City stay was more than we had expected! This house is an absolutely gorgeously designed brownstone. So much space, so clean, a bathroom with every bedroom, and amazing multiple outdoor spaces. It’s in an incredibly beautiful and clean, safe neighborhood. We loved everything about it. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities and more. The hosts were 1000% SUPER HOSTS!! They responded immediately to our inquires, and the instructions they left were so thorough and clear. We will be back in hopes of staying here again and again. It felt like home and vacation all in one!

Not cheap! But if you are looking for: (1) “new” or completely renovated, super clean, quality material inside (2) best location in DC (3) private parking garage for 2 cars, (4) enough rooms and separation for private enjoyment. (5) multiple (and high) outside decks, then this property is the one. There is no Airbnb like this one in DC, in my opinion. We usually stay at the new Conrad Hotel, and this is the Airbnb version of it (expensive but you get what you paid for)…We frequently use Airbnb and search for 5 stars. Sometimes you can get properties that really do not deserve stayed 5-stars. But this is the one …a true, genuine 5 star quality! For special events (mine was family birthday celebration with grandkids) or large family gatherings, just spend the money and experience this Airbnb.

I brought my family of six with me for a week of work in DC and this house was the best. Immaculate throughout and very thoughtfully decorated and cared for. The location was perfect for walking to and from local restaurants, museums, and a short ride away from my meetings. We spent our Christmas holidays in this beautiful home. It was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 8. A favorite was the hot water “on tap” for instant hot cocoa! This felt like staying at home. Very cozy and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about it! And such a pretty neighborhood, too! Walked to the metro to reach all our destinations.

Wonderful choice for a family or group. I stayed with my family including an infant and the house was absolutely perfect- we felt like we were at home. Such a great space and very well equipped. Our stay was darn near perfect. The house was a please to stay in for a family visit. It was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Loved the neighborhood restaurants, including the noisy Diplomat and the very fun Pearl Dive. It honestly felt like we were treating ourselves to a mini 5 star vacation – which we were! We had two couples and two singles, and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which is such a treat. Honestly – a perfect stay!

The house was immaculate. It looked as luxurious as it does in the photos. It was so clean I walked in and felt I could relax the way I do at home.
What impressed me the most was the thoughtful care and attention to details. The quality decor, the ambient lighting, the interesting coffee books, the abundance of tissue boxes in each room demonstrated a kind of thoughtfulness about the way people actually live on the part of the homeowner.
The kitchen was well stocked and had more than four place settings. There were extra linens and laundry detergent provided. The master bed even had a way to raise and lower the mattress for each partner and the pillows were very comfortable. I slept very well in that bed. An added bonus was the rooftop seating which we were able to enjoy each evening before bed.
It is a lovely home, close to restaurants, the gym, and the grocery store. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

The home also has great outdoor spaces. An easy walk to dining and grocery shopping. Simple to take an Uber anywhere in DC. We were very comfortable with the features and amenities. Home Sweet City are attentive managers. Thank you

Our Home Sweet City stay was more than we had expected! This house is an absolutely gorgeously designed brownstone. So much space, so clean, a bathroom with every bedroom, and amazing multiple outdoor spaces. It’s in an incredibly beautiful and clean, safe neighborhood. We loved everything about it. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities and more. The hosts were 1000% SUPER HOSTS!! They responded immediately to our inquires, and the instructions they left were so thorough and clear. We will be back in hopes of staying here again and again. It felt like home and vacation all in one!

Not cheap! But if you are looking for: (1) “new” or completely renovated, super clean, quality material inside (2) best location in DC (3) private parking garage for 2 cars, (4) enough rooms and separation for private enjoyment. (5) multiple (and high) outside decks, then this property is the one. There is no Airbnb like this one in DC, in my opinion. We usually stay at the new Conrad Hotel, and this is the Airbnb version of it (expensive but you get what you paid for)…We frequently use Airbnb and search for 5 stars. Sometimes you can get properties that really do not deserve stayed 5-stars. But this is the one …a true, genuine 5 star quality! For special events (mine was family birthday celebration with grandkids) or large family gatherings, just spend the money and experience this Airbnb.

Come to dc for my 35th birthday and it was an amazing time. The house was great close to all the restaurants and spas for our group and just had a comfy feel to it. Looks just like the pictures will rent again

I brought my family of six with me for a week of work in DC and this house was the best. Immaculate throughout and very thoughtfully decorated and cared for. The location was perfect for walking to and from local restaurants, museums, and a short ride away from my meetings. If we ever come back, we would certainly jump at the opportunity to stay here again!

We spent our Christmas holidays in this beautiful home. It was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 8. A favorite was the hot water “on tap” for instant hot cocoa! This felt like staying at home. Very cozy and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about it! And such a pretty neighborhood, too! Walked to the metro to reach all our destinations.

First trip to DC with my 3 kids (teenagers and adult), the house is next to tons of places to eat, close to the metro to get to the sites. We absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and quiet. One of our all time favorite places and vacations.

Wonderful choice for a family or group. I stayed with my family including an infant and the house was absolutely perfect- we felt like we were at home. Such a great space and very well equipped. I was impressed at how quiet it was inside given its central location. The hosts are extremely professional and helpful. We will stay here again when next in DC, would fully recommend.

Our stay was darn near perfect. The house was a please to stay in for a family visit. It was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Loved the neighborhood restaurants, including the noisy Diplomat and the very fun Pearl Dive. It honestly felt like we were treating ourselves to a mini 5 star vacation - which we were! We had two couples and two singles, and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which is such a treat. Honestly - a perfect stay!
