Lara’s home is truly magnificent — and somehow even better in person than in the photos. The house is both exceptionally beautiful and incredibly comfortable, with every modern convenience you could ask for. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped, there are wonderful dining and sitting areas throughout the house, and each of the four bedrooms feels better than a room in a five-star hotel — incredibly comfortable beds, great pillows, beautiful bathrooms, and thoughtful details everywhere. But what makes this place truly special is its character. Staying here feels almost like stepping back in time into a beautifully preserved historic home, while still enjoying all the comforts and conveniences of a modern luxury property. Every room has its own charm, and the entire house feels warm, elegant, and welcoming. The backyard is absolutely charming and was one of our favorite places to relax. The location is also fantastic — peaceful and quiet, yet surrounded by excellent restaurants

The area is known for its beautifully preserved architecture, upscale residences, acclaimed restaurants, stylish cafés, boutique shopping, and vibrant cultural scene. You’ll also be just minutes from the city’s renowned diplomatic and embassy districts, as well as the National Mall, White House, museums, theaters, and other iconic landmarks.

Access

Guests have exclusive access to the main residence, including all three levels, living and dining areas, kitchen, all four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private backyard garden and patio, and enclosed garage.

The backyard garden and patio are reserved exclusively for guests staying in the main residence.

The property also includes a separate carriage house with its own private garden for other guests. To respect everyone’s privacy, guests are kindly asked to remain within their designated outdoor area and not access the carriage house garden or other private outdoor spaces.

Space

The Manor on Vermont comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four spacious king bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own beautifully appointed bathroom located directly across the hall. A convenient half bath is also available, bringing the home to a total of 4.5 bathrooms.

The main level offers multiple living and entertaining spaces, along with a formal dining room furnished with elegant dining furniture. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line Miele appliances and is complemented by a dedicated beverage station with an espresso and latte setup, wine fridge, and ice maker.

Guests will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, premium linens and towels, and luxurious bathroom amenities throughout the home.

The beautifully landscaped private garden and patio offer a secluded setting for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or relaxing outdoors. The enclosed private garage provides convenient off-street parking for an appropriately sized vehicle.
