Loved the area although on busy street and a little rowdy at night. Better for just two people. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, attractive, and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing there in the mornings, and unwinding after a day of sight-seeing. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The location is great – on a beautiful, quiet residential street, but easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We had some delicious dinners within a few blocks. We walked (about 30 minutes) to some museums, and also used a convenient bus line to come back from the mall area. Communication with management was easy and efficient. We’d definitely stay there again.

My family of three had a wonderful spring break stay here. The beautiful “English basement” apartment is located in an elegantly regal brownstone, with numerous windows and two doors that let in light and fresh air. The apartment is immaculate, especially the bathroom and kitchen, it includes top-notch appliances, a wide selection of cookware, and generous supply of coffee, tea, and bath products. With perfect shower pressure and a comfortable mattress, the apartment is fully equipped with two smart TVs and a laundry room. The check-in/out process was seamless, management team was responsive to our needs- even bringing us an extra blanket & coffee filters upon request. The picturesque & peaceful neighborhood comes alive at night, and is steps away from excellent dining, shopping, Whole Foods, CVS, and entertainment. We loved Logan Circle and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay, it was perfect place for us while exploring DC and attending wedding in Maryland. We had a car and was able to park in front even on weekend. Easy Uber drive to DC Mall during Cherry Blossoms. We all Slept the best and hardest in ages. I personally never stay in garden apartments, we prefer to be higher, but we felt very safe and I’m glad we made the exception. It was great! The neighborhood is super cute and very nice. Thank you for a wonderful visit! We look forward to returning.

I enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean and was at a great location. The only thing I would do, is be more specific on the location. State that the apartment is at ground level behind the stairs. Additionally, I would provide where to park or how to get a pass to park on the street. That said, I would stay there again and I recommend this place 100%!

Overall a good experience staying here! Check-in was easy and it has everything we needed. The wifi went out in the middle of the day, but the host was super responsive and helped us with the problem right away. The place is as the photos showed and while it’s mostly clean, we did find some hair on the bathroom wall and on the bed. Great location and neighborhood. Would stay here again.

This was such a great Airbnb. 10/10. Such a walkable cute part of D.C.. I was able to walk safely to the National Mall in about 10-15mins, and it was a beautiful nice stroll. There’s also a lot of fun restaurant in the area. It was tucked away in a neighborhood so was still quiet. The only thing is the ceiling between floors of the building/house are paper thin, so there were times where it sounded like that upstairs was having ballroom dance lessons above 😂. But thankfully it wasn’t constant. But I think that’s probably true of any home with an attached unit in the area since it seems they are older homes. The place was completely separated from upstairs with its own entrance and exit though, so no worries there.

The host was very responsive, the place was fairly clean, location is good. The only complaint I would say is the noise from the apartment above can be a bit bothersome, but overall the stay was fine.

I enjoyed staying in this home. It’s in a great location and decorated well. There is some upstairs neighbors who were a little loud at times but other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed with Home Sweet City several times. The properties are clean, comfortable, functional and well maintained. Their communication is excellent. We will seek them out the next time we travel to DC.

Really the perfect place in a great location, peaceful neighbourhood and easy parking for car. Lots of great eating options minutes walk and so handy to the centre and all of its attractions. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place to stay when visiting dc. Apartment itself had everything we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. My parents enjoyed walking around and to the major attractions. Parking needed instructions from the host to get a permit. The host was responsive. Overall we were satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended!

Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Service verbesserbar. Zweimal (erstes Mal funktionierte nicht) zum Kühlschranktauach da gewesen. ingesamt hat mich das zwei Stunden gekostet, da ich die Handwerker nicht unbetreut in der Wohnung lassen wollte. Ebenso zweimal Dreck hinterlassen, den ich vor Mitarbeiterin der Vermietung noch wegmachen konnte. Trotz Reinigungsgebühr wird ausdrücklich gewünscht, dass Wäsche gesammelt wird und Müll weggebracht wird. Ebenso könnte es sauberer sein. Allerdings ist das Airbnb gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen.

I loved my stay here! The neighborhood was very safe, peaceful, and clean. I loved all of the amenities. The fully equipped kitchen was a very nice touch. All up to date appliances. Everything was as pictured. I also love how walkable the neighborhood is and it’s so close to tourist attractions and restaurants. My schedule changed at the last minute and I needed to change my reservation date and the receptionists worked with me to accommodate as the company owns several properties. They were very responsive and it was very much appreciated!

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location. It has everything you need for a long stay. It even has some things provided that you might need to buy in another apartment. The owners are very helpful and they respond very quickly to any requests you might have. There is one key available for the apartment. If it is more than one people living in the apartment and you are staying for a long time it is not convenient if you have different schedules. We asked if there was a second key and the owners replied politely that they had some tenants who lost the second key and they had to charge them for a new key. So they decided to have one key. Also, the tenants upstairs sometimes make noise, nothing too loud, but if you have trouble sleeping it might be annoying. We had an accident during our stay, dropping a picture. They responded very quickly and took it for repair. We stayed there for 5 weeks and we had a wonderful stay. We definitely are going to come back again.

We stayed in this apartment for ~3 months in the city. It was absolutely great! The apartment is clean, cozy and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. We’d stay here again and will always cherish our DC Summer spent here!

This is probably one of the best stays I’ve had – Washington DC is always lovely to visit, but being able to live for a week like a local in a beautifully and smartly equipped apartment was such a special treat. I will always come back to this place whenever I am in DC – absolutely worth it and a very special feel. Like home away from home.

We loved staying at Home Sweet City’s home. The location is awesome, lots to do but still very peaceful and easy to walk everywhere. They are very responsive and have a beautiful/clean home.

The neighborhood is the highlight! Sitting out front with coffee in the morning was enjoyable. The flowers were lovely & it was fun to observe people & dogs coming and going! The history of Logan Circle was really worth learning ! We were comfortable in the space for the most part. The unit has more of a basement vibe than I expected. Also there’s an unpleasant moldy/musty smell that seems to be coming from the laundry room. We did get used to it but we were also out a lot. Another downside is a very poor mattress on the pullout couch! Positives are it’s updated in the kitchen & bathroom. In general we had a nice stay & would consider renting again !

Great place to stay for our week in D.C. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described. It was spotlessly clean and just the right amount of space, nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. The street and location can’t be beat. Quiet block, with great restaurants and shops starting one block away. Beautiful, walkable area. As some other guests noted, street noise is not a problem, especially with the bedroom being at the back of the townhouse, away from the street, but there is some noise through the floor from the unit above. We would definitely recommend it for short or long stays, for work or vacation!

This was a cute and cozy place, it is ground level but it is bright and feels open. I would stay again. The location is fantastic, a few 100 meters from restaurants and bars but not right next door so it’s quiet.

Nice basement apartment in Logan Circle/14th street. Very close to a lot of good restaurants. Responsive management company. The water pressure is a little low so just be aware. Good place in a good locale.

Staying in this apartment makes you feel like you are actually living in Washington DC in your own place. It is located in a charming, quiet street with lots of trees and greenery, at the lower ground of a brownstone house, and at a walking distance from lively restaurants and the Philips Collection. The apartment is renovated, well decorated, cosy and comfortable, though not luxurious, with everything you need to have a great stay. Our host team was also very responsive and friendly.

I stayed here for 10 weeks and it couldn’t be more perfect. It pretty light for a garden apartment, and the location couldn’t be better. I had a small issue with the A/C and the took care of it immediately. Would definitely recommend.
