It’s primarily residential, offering a peaceful stay with easy access to downtown.Just a short stroll through the charming, tree-lined streets, you’ll find some of the neighborhood’s best spots, including The Red Hen, Bacio Pizzeria, Big Bear Café, and Showtime.

For a little movement or mindfulness, drop in at Yoga District, or enjoy a quiet afternoon picnic at the Crispus Attucks Park. Need a coffee fix? Head next door to 'Creative Grounds' or explore even more great dining and café options throughout the NoMa/Gallaudet and Bloomingdale areas.

Guests have entire home to themselves.
There are families living in the condo building. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

Step into your modern DC retreat! The living room features cozy, stylish furniture, perfect for relaxing with your favorite movie or show, or catching up after a day of exploring the city. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, pots, pans, and utensils to make meal prep a breeze. We’ve also included complimentary coffee and tea to start your mornings off right. This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with the following setup:

-Master Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, sleeps 2
-Second Bedroom: Full bed, sleeps 2
-Third Bedroom: Queen bed, sleeps 2

Each bedroom offers ample storage space and is beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home. There are two full bathrooms in the home, one in the Lower Level which has a stand-in shower. Our other bathroom is located on the main level, and is equipped with a full sized tub and shower. We provide fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whilst there is not a dining table for 6 you can easily enjoy a meal on the smaller table for 2, as well as the island that seats 4.

No car needed! The home is conveniently located near two Metro stations: NoMa–Gallaudet U (Red Line) and Shaw/Howard University (Yellow & Green Lines), each about a 15-minute walk away. Feeling adventurous? You can even walk to the White House, Smithsonian Museums, and more in just over 30 minutes.
For air travel, Reagan National Airport (DCA) is only about a 20-minute Uber or taxi ride from the property.
