Is the bathroom private, and how do you access it?
Yes, the bathroom is private to this apartment. It is accessed through the bedroom, so anyone sleeping on the sofa bed will walk through the bedroom to use it.

Is this a quiet space?
This is a true DC city neighborhood with a family living in the unit above. You may hear normal household sounds (footsteps, kids playing, etc.), and they may hear you as well. Most guests find this manageable, but if you are extremely noise‑sensitive, this may not be the best fit.

Is there parking available?
Street parking in the neighborhood is generally available but not guaranteed and may be subject to time limits or residential restrictions. Please check posted signs carefully and plan accordingly.

How close is the apartment to the Metro and main sights?
