El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy bonita con restaurantes y un CVS a 1 cuadra caminando, puedes tomar scooter o bici para llegar a donde sea
Las camas y almohadas son cómodas, tiene una cocina pequeña pero es más que necesario, cuenta con todo lo necesario.
El único “pero” que le pongo son las cortinas, entra demasiada luz, creo que si las habitaciones tuvieran cortinas black out o algún otro tipo de de cortina ayudaría mucho, por que aunque estén cerradas, entra mucha luz por las mañanas.

The Location: The location of this property is great. There are plenty of food places around here to eat. We walked to the Lincoln Memorial so yes, the location was amazing.
The Place: The first room with the bunk bed gets super hot. We requested a fan and it was delivered. The other rooms were good sized and it worked for us. The kitchen is somewhat small and a little dysfunctional. The dishwasher is LOUD. Since we had people sleeping on the sofa-bed in the living room, the dishwasher was a major issue. The kitchen was stocked well with all necessities. So yes, if traveling with a small group, this place would work. Large group and sleeping in the living room would be disruptive.
The Property Management Company: They were responsive and provided items as needed. The Internet was down one night but that was out of their control.

The apartment is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, coffee, and ice cream nearby. It was well over 100 degrees during our stay but the A/C kept the apartment cool and very comfortable. The linens and towels were clean and having 2 full bathrooms was great with four adults. One slight deviation from the listing is the sofa bed does not pull-out, you remove the back cushions and it can only sleep one person. Overall the space was clean but it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before our arrival.

Stayed here for DC Pride 🎉 — the apartment looked just like the photos. Host was great and super responsive.
🔑 Heads up: there’s only one key and you have to leave it in a lockbox at the bottom of the stairs. Coming home late and hoping your roommate remembered to put it back for you… better hope so! 😅 Kinda a buzzkill in 2025.
🏢 First floor is all businesses (docs, clinicians, etc.). The place has old-building charm (and quirks)—one tub didn’t drain 🚿.
🍔 Didn’t explore much, but Z Burger hit the spot at 2AM.
♻️ The biggest headache? Intense trash/recycling/compost rules — with a cleaning fee, guests shouldn’t have to stress about that.
💰 Paid a Pride premium, and honestly, the value didn’t quite match the price. But overall, no major issues — if the key thing + trash rules don’t bother you, it’s a solid stay.

The location was better than the map showed. No need for a car at all. Very easy access to Dupont Circle Metro Station. Kitchen was small but perfect for our morning breakfast needs. Neighborhood is vibrant and feels welcoming.

Home Sweet City’s place is very nice. It has all of the basics you need and is an efficient way to host 6 people. The condo is about 1,000 square feet, and the room with the bunk beds is small, but the price point reflects that. There are not a lot of places that can accommodate 6 people at that price and in that location. It’s a very solid Airbnb, and we would stay there again.

This location was great, the metro station is less that 5 minutes away. There are multiple restaurants less than five minutes from the property with great breakfast, coffee and pasta. The place needs remodeling.

Great location only a few blocks away from Dupont Circle with plenty of space — including living space and even closet space — for several people. The hosts’ instructions were clear, and the apartment was clean. A couple notes for groups staying here: there’s only one key, and check out instructions include taking all the trash to the dumpster. Overall, would recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again if needing to visit DC with a group of people.

We stayed for a family wedding on NYE it the location was perfect! The apartment is near Dupont Circle and across the street from great cafes and restaurants. The Rock Creek trail is close, and Uber/Lyft is really easy to get if you need to go farther afield. There was plenty of space, comfy beds, and 2 bathrooms. The building was quiet and easy to access once we figured out the logistics of one key with multiple people in our group. Home Sweet City’s response was quick and helpful when we had questions.

This was a nice and spacious place for my husband, children, and myself. The place is located in the center of all the city’s most visited attractions and museums. I absolutely loved the area…. Parking can be a bit of any issue but other than that, it was a great stay!

This is a very nice apartment in an excellent part of the city. It is very centrally located and easy to get to GW campus or other places around DuPont circle. We were initially told there would be parking and given the details of how to register for a parking permit and then were told this was a mistake and there was no parking available which was unfortunate. Parking in this part of the city can be difficult except for during the weekends.

The location very close to DuPont Circle and a Metro station was perfect. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. A small yet well stocked food market is just about 1/2 block away as is a nice liquor store. Pretty quiet neighborhood with a farmers market every Sunday just about 1 block away next to the circle. Traffic, like parking, in DC is a real challenge so unless you really plan to travel outside the area and need your vehicle, locate a garage, park your car for the duration, and enjoy the walk or the excellent Metro system. Our hosts supplied an online source to identify numerous multi-day parking options in easy walking distance of the apartment. We located one about 5 minutes away by foot that was a secure, indoor underground garage and left both of our vehicles there until we checked out. Probably a good idea to reserve a space a day or two ahead so you don’t have to deal with parking issues when you arrive. The rental was fine but there is always room for improvement.

Great location, quiet corner. Perfect large apartment for our big group. Clean and great amenities. Fantastic host, very helpful and communicative. Gross heat wave in DC and one of the AC units broke down. They responded very fast and had somebody there within an hour to fix. Unfortunately, it broke down again in the middle of the night, but I’m confident it will be fixed for future stays. I would gladly book again if we are in the area!

We had a great experience with our stay in DC, the apartment was very clean, close to many restaurants and is walkable to almost anywhere you need to go. Parking, as usual, is always a challenge is DC. We were lucky enough to find a parking garage within a couple of blocks of the apartment. I highly suggest securing parking before heading to the city, especially if you have a bigger car since it can be very challenging finding a spot for bigger cars. The only other con is only having one key fob when you have a group staying at the apartment together, we had to keep trying to coordinate events and meetings with 5 people. All in all, the apartment was clean, close to everything and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in DC.

Great experience overall. However, after checking out, I received messages claiming a window was left open and there was a smell of marijuana and evidence of smoking. I want to clarify that we did not engage in any of these activities, and the window was already left open when we got there. I was quite irritated by the series of messages accusing us of breaking the rules when we followed their house rules diligently.

We had a great stay here recently when visiting DC with family. The apartment is well-appointed, sunny and clean. Our family appreciated the comfortable feeling after busy days of exploring DC! Stocked with great tea and easy Keurig coffee, basic kitchen stuff. It was easy to get in and out of the building. Beds were comfy, building was quiet, very easy to walk to metro, shops & restaurants. Our favorites nearby are the Thai Chef restaurant, Pizzeria Paradiso (very kid-friendly) and Kramer books!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location in DC. Except for the kitchen, the rooms were large and roomy, and the master bedroom includes a small desk and work area, which was very helpful with two of us working. The kitchen was small and the cupboards had their share of wear and tear but overall, kitchen, cooking utensils, and appliances were very sufficient. The dining area is roomy with a nice big dining room table. The living room could use more comfortable seating — only the sofa was comfortable for sitting for any length of time. However, the beds were very comfortable! There was an excellent washer/dryer easily accessible in the hall. And the elevator was a big bonus when bringing luggage in and out to the 3rd floor. Overall, we had an excellent stay in this perfectly located apartment and we would highly recommend it.

Property owner has a mangmnt co. handling property for them. Cant speak to owner. Mangmnt co. replies to keep “responds within” time low. Most responses werent helpful. Checkin docs note a $200 fee if you lose the ONLY physical key&fob needed to access the building & apartment. Unfortunately during our exploring, keyring fell out of pocket somewhere & we were stuck on the streets of DC in the cold @ night w/kids. Was before 8pm but after hrs. Finally got the mangmnt co. on the phone. They told us to keep comms w/in the Airbnb platform & didn’t help. WE called a locksmith. Charged us $814 to get in & to replace locks. Next day, we cancelled all plans as were stuck there waiting on someone. Couldn’t go anywhere without a fob & had to have food delivered to us. That afternoon someone showed up with a key to the ORIGINAL locks&fob! By then it was time to leave for our flight.😡 Refused to help w/ $ for locksmith. Could have sent the key&fob the night before and charged $200 fee. Ridiculous!

This was a lovely stay in the heart of Washington, DC, a short walk away from Dupont Circle. The place was clean, spacious, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to what we needed!

Location, location, location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and walkable to the metro (Farragut North 2 minutes and Farragut West 7 minute walk). The condo was very clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, has elevator (on third floor), we had clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc and basics like coffee maker (w/o filters), sugar, etc. It’s definitely not “deluxe” nor “luxury”. It’s not modern and not high end. It’s on the cheap end with cheap cabinets, closets, bathroom, etc. While it’s all “cheap” it’s, nevertheless, very clean and outstanding location. I would totally stay here again. Communication was easy and all but, specially, the location is perfect. If you want luxury go to a hotel or pay more per night, but this was ideal for what we needed: come in and out, safe, clean, walkable to metro / nightlife / restaurants. And also very close to DCA airport (15 minutes).

Location was excellent but unfortunately, actual home didn’t match the pictures shown in the advertisement. It is not as bright as shown and kitchen is too small. The room with bunk bed is very much unusable. The entrance from ground floor is horrible with stinking smell and looks trashy. While we were there, elevator didn’t work for one entire day and we had tough time because we had a family member with back issues. Overall, it is just average unit to rent, given the location.

We absolutely loved our stay! There were 3 adults and my two kids and we all had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. There were 3 coffee shops within a block, a supermarket where we could load the fridge with essentials when we arrived, and super yummy restaurants all within walking distance. It was also a beautiful walk to Georgetown along the river. We couldn’t have picked a better spot in DC! The host was always super quick to respond as well. We commented throughout our week there that this AirBNB was a big reason our week stay was so wonderful!

Charming condo just a 3-minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro station and a quick walk to downtown. We used this as accommodations for a conference my team attended and it worked perfectly – much less expensive than if we had all gotten separate hotel rooms, and this was a lot more fun. This was an amazing location and was really key to our being able to get around Washington! The home was pristine and well kept. There were some minor scuffs or damages we noticed, but did not take off from the overall experience and we loved every second of it. You made us feel at home and the communication was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, great and safe neighborhood, conveniently located. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star rating is the host’s insistence on us taking out the garbage.
Repeatedly during our stay we received emails and had an information sheet in the apartment threatening extra charges if we did not take out the trash. For some reason that is not included in the $168 cleaning fee. So strange.
Other than that we loved the apartment.

Nice little apartment just around the corner from DuPont Circle. The two bedrooms were great – if you have little kids the bunk bed room will be fine. It’s a tiny room.
The kitchen is small, but the living room was very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as expected in a good way. This was a late booking, not quite last-minute, and we needed a quiet neighborhood and unit, which was exactly what we got. We weren’t there long enough to fully explore the neighborhood, but didn’t go lacking. I did get the sense that a full service grocery store wasn’t super close.

Fabulous location in the heart of Dupont Circle. Close to the metro, fabulous restaurants and the farmer’s market. The small kitchen has what you need for basic cooking and there’s a washer/dryer to use….which is very handy. Down sides are: the main bedroom is right next to the entire apartments AC units so even with windows shut, it is quite loud….and with windows open, it’s unbearable. The other downside is that the bunk room doesn’t have any windows, closets or dresser….is really like a closet with a bunkbed.

Traffic, like parking, in DC is a real challenge so unless you really plan to travel outside the area and need your vehicle, locate a garage, park your car for the duration, and enjoy the walk or the excellent Metro system. Our hosts supplied an online source to identify numerous multi-day parking options in easy walking distance of the apartment. We located one about 5 minutes away by foot that was a secure, indoor underground garage and left both of our vehicles there until we checked out. Probably a good idea to reserve a space a day or two ahead so you don’t have to deal with parking issues when you arrive. The rental was fine but there is always room for improvement.

Great location, quiet corner. Perfect large apartment for our big group. Clean and great amenities. Fantastic host, very helpful and communicative. Gross heat wave in DC and one of the AC units broke down. They responded very fast and had somebody there within an hour to fix. Unfortunately, it broke down again in the middle of the night, but I’m confident it will be fixed for future stays. I would gladly book again if we are in the area!

We had a great experience with our stay in DC, the apartment was very clean, close to many restaurants and is walkable to almost anywhere you need to go. Parking, as usual, is always a challenge is DC. We were lucky enough to find a parking garage within a couple of blocks of the apartment. I highly suggest securing parking before heading to the city, especially if you have a bigger car since it can be very challenging finding a spot for bigger cars. The only other con is only having one key fob when you have a group staying at the apartment together, we had to keep trying to coordinate events and meetings with 5 people. All in all, the apartment was clean, close to everything and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in DC.

Great experience overall. However, after checking out, I received messages claiming a window was left open and there was a smell of marijuana and evidence of smoking. I want to clarify that we did not engage in any of these activities, and the window was already left open when we got there. I was quite irritated by the series of messages accusing us of breaking the rules when we followed their house rules diligently.

We had a great stay here recently when visiting DC with family. The apartment is well-appointed, sunny and clean. Our family appreciated the comfortable feeling after busy days of exploring DC! Stocked with great tea and easy Keurig coffee, basic kitchen stuff. It was easy to get in and out of the building. Beds were comfy, building was quiet, very easy to walk to metro, shops & restaurants. Our favorites nearby are the Thai Chef restaurant, Pizzeria Paradiso (very kid-friendly) and Kramer books!

As advertised. Stayed with my family, including 3 kids. Stay was very comfortable. Great location with easy access to metro for seeing all the sites, as well as walkable restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend / would choose again.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location in DC. Except for the kitchen, the rooms were large and roomy, and the master bedroom includes a small desk and work area, which was very helpful with two of us working. The kitchen was small and the cupboards had their share of wear and tear but overall, kitchen, cooking utensils, and appliances were very sufficient. The dining area is roomy with a nice big dining room table. The living room could use more comfortable seating -- only the sofa was comfortable for sitting for any length of time. However, the beds were very comfortable! There was an excellent washer/dryer easily accessible in the hall. And the elevator was a big bonus when bringing luggage in and out to the 3rd floor. Overall, we had an excellent stay in this perfectly located apartment and we would highly recommend it.

Property owner has a mangmnt co. handling property for them. Cant speak to owner. Mangmnt co. replies to keep “responds within” time low. Most responses werent helpful. Checkin docs note a $200 fee if you lose the ONLY physical key&fob needed to access the building & apartment. Unfortunately during our exploring, keyring fell out of pocket somewhere & we were stuck on the streets of DC in the cold @ night w/kids. Was before 8pm but after hrs. Finally got the mangmnt co. on the phone. They told us to keep comms w/in the Airbnb platform & didn’t help. WE called a locksmith. Charged us $814 to get in & to replace locks. Next day, we cancelled all plans as were stuck there waiting on someone. Couldn’t go anywhere without a fob & had to have food delivered to us. That afternoon someone showed up with a key to the ORIGINAL locks&fob! By then it was time to leave for our flight.😡 Refused to help w/ $ for locksmith. Could have sent the key&fob the night before and charged $200 fee. Ridiculous!

This was a lovely stay in the heart of Washington, DC, a short walk away from Dupont Circle. The place was clean, spacious, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to what we needed!

Location, location, location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and walkable to the metro (Farragut North 2 minutes and Farragut West 7 minute walk). The condo was very clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, has elevator (on third floor), we had clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc and basics like coffee maker (w/o filters), sugar, etc. It's definitely not "deluxe" nor "luxury". It's not modern and not high end. It's on the cheap end with cheap cabinets, closets, bathroom, etc. While it's all "cheap" it's, nevertheless, very clean and outstanding location. I would totally stay here again. Communication was easy and all but, specially, the location is perfect. If you want luxury go to a hotel or pay more per night, but this was ideal for what we needed: come in and out, safe, clean, walkable to metro / nightlife / restaurants. And also very close to DCA airport (15 minutes).

Check-in Instructions were clear. Asked for pack and play and it was right there! Clean and spacious. Very central location and short walks to restaurants and shops. Easy access to metro.

Location was excellent but unfortunately, actual home didn’t match the pictures shown in the advertisement. It is not as bright as shown and kitchen is too small. The room with bunk bed is very much unusable. The entrance from ground floor is horrible with stinking smell and looks trashy. While we were there, elevator didn’t work for one entire day and we had tough time because we had a family member with back issues. Overall, it is just average unit to rent, given the location.

We absolutely loved our stay! There were 3 adults and my two kids and we all had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. There were 3 coffee shops within a block, a supermarket where we could load the fridge with essentials when we arrived, and super yummy restaurants all within walking distance. It was also a beautiful walk to Georgetown along the river. We couldn’t have picked a better spot in DC! The host was always super quick to respond as well. We commented throughout our week there that this AirBNB was a big reason our week stay was so wonderful!

Charming condo just a 3-minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro station and a quick walk to downtown. We used this as accommodations for a conference my team attended and it worked perfectly - much less expensive than if we had all gotten separate hotel rooms, and this was a lot more fun. Highly recommend this place and their hosts!

This was an amazing location and was really key to our being able to get around Washington! The home was pristine and well kept. There were some minor scuffs or damages we noticed, but did not take off from the overall experience and we loved every second of it. You made us feel at home and the communication was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, great and safe neighborhood, conveniently located. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star rating is the host’s insistence on us taking out the garbage.
Repeatedly during our stay we received emails and had an information sheet in the apartment threatening extra charges if we did not take out the trash. For some reason that is not included in the $168 cleaning fee. So strange.
Other than that we loved the apartment.

Nice little apartment just around the corner from DuPont Circle. The two bedrooms were great - if you have little kids the bunk bed room will be fine. It’s a tiny room.
The kitchen is small, but the living room was very comfortable.
Easy to take the stairs to the apartment or the elevator.

The apartment is very cozy and clean and the light in the window is beautiful in the morning. The street is silent and we slept very well. When we’ve had difficult to turn on the lampshades Home Sweet City has answered very fast.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as expected in a good way. This was a late booking, not quite last-minute, and we needed a quiet neighborhood and unit, which was exactly what we got. We weren't there long enough to fully explore the neighborhood, but didn't go lacking. I did get the sense that a full service grocery store wasn't super close.

Fabulous location in the heart of Dupont Circle. Close to the metro, fabulous restaurants and the farmer's market. The small kitchen has what you need for basic cooking and there's a washer/dryer to use....which is very handy. Down sides are: the main bedroom is right next to the entire apartments AC units so even with windows shut, it is quite loud....and with windows open, it's unbearable. The other downside is that the bunk room doesn't have any windows, closets or dresser....is really like a closet with a bunkbed.
