Neighborhood
This downtown neighborhood is in the thick of all the action; walking distance to all the new and hottest DC restaurants and bars but still gives you the privacy and quiet of a residential street. Gourmet supermarkets, world class restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, and everything else you need to practically enjoy your stay are all a few blocks away.
Access
There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.
Space
Nestled on a quiet one-way street of residential Logan Circle, the Grand Dame of Shaw sits just steps from the historic Naylor Court and Blagden Alley.
