Notes

The home is located in a historic residential neighborhood, so guests can expect the character and layout associated with an older D.C. property.
The rear driveway is convenient for parking but is relatively tight, so please take this into consideration if you are bringing a large vehicle.

Neighborhood

New Jersey Haven is located in Truxton Circle, a vibrant Northwest D.C. neighborhood known for its historic rowhouses, tree-lined streets, and central location.

You'll find restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, parks, and everyday conveniences nearby. The home also provides easy access to popular areas including Shaw, NoMa, Downtown D.C., and Mount Vernon Square.

Truxton Circle offers a nice balance between being close to the action and having the feel of an established residential neighborhood.

Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both living areas, the kitchen, all three bathrooms, both private decks, and the washer and dryer.
The rear driveway is also available for guest parking, with space for one vehicle

New Jersey Haven offers a comfortable multi-level layout with plenty of room to spread out during your stay.

The two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and each has its own private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi-style tub. The home also includes a third bathroom with a shower on the lower level.
The main living areas provide separate spaces to relax, whether you're settling in after a day exploring D.C. or enjoying a quiet evening at home. The fully equipped kitchen gives guests everything they need for preparing meals during their stay.

Two private decks, located on separate levels of the home, provide additional outdoor space to enjoy.

Transit

The neighborhood is highly walkable, and guests can easily explore nearby areas on foot, by bike, or using public transportation.
Several Metro stations are within easy reach, including Shaw-Howard University, Mount Vernon Square, and NoMa-Gallaudet U. Metrobus routes, rideshares, taxis, bikes, and scooters provide additional transportation options.

For exploring central D.C., a car is often unnecessary. A vehicle can be useful for guests planning trips outside the city.

Parking: The rear driveway accommodates up to two vehicles. Please note that the driveway is somewhat tight and may not be suitable for larger SUVs.
