Parking: The rear driveway provides convenient parking, but the space is relatively tight. Please take this into consideration if you are bringing a larger vehicle.
Entry & Fire Escape: The fire escape is for emergency exit only and should not be used as an entrance or exit during your stay. Please enter and leave the property through the front entrance to avoid disturbing other residents and tenants.
No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vape products—is strictly prohibited. Please do not smoke on the balconies or anywhere inside the property. Smoke can damage furnishings and disturb neighbors. Any violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine and/or additional charges.

New Jersey Haven is located in Truxton Circle, a vibrant Northwest D.C. neighborhood known for its historic rowhouses, tree-lined streets, and central location.

You'll find restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, parks, and everyday conveniences nearby. The home also provides easy access to popular areas including Shaw, NoMa, Downtown D.C., and Mount Vernon Square.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both living areas, the kitchen, all three bathrooms, both private decks, and the washer and dryer.
