Estuvimos una semana con mi familia y nos pareció bueno por el precio. El apartamento es tal como se indicaba, estaba limpio y muy completo. Lo único que afectaba era el estacionamiento ya que muchas veces tocaba dejar el vehículo lejos, debido que es una calle bastante transitada.

Mi familia y yo viajamos a Washington DC por primera vez y fue el mejor lugar para alojarnos. Podíamos caminar por el vencindario y explorar, una zona tranquila y con restaurantes cercas. Nuestro transporte uber siempre llegaba sin perderse por ser una zona urbana accesible. El apartamento era espacioso y cómodo además de bello y limpio. Las anfitrionas nos contestaban rápido y siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Sin duda me quedaría nuevamente. Recomendable al 100%

We loved our stay! Our daughter just moved to the area and we were within walking distance of her new place and all the awesome places to visit in the area! The rental was perfect for our family…easy to get in, comfy beds, perfect amount of space, clear instructions…the list goes on and on! Highly recommend!

I really was not sure what to expect with an Airbnb in a metropolitan area. it was actually quite nice. it is close enough to many things that you could drive and park, use Lyft or Uber. I saw many people using the bikes and scooters. The parking pass was excellent. This was a nice place to relax after long days of walking. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Our daughter just moved to the area and we were within walking distance of her new place and all the awesome places to visit in the area! My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Smithsonian museums via Uber for only $13. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful — we especially enjoyed our evening walks. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for the three of us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was fabulous! Any questions or clarifications were answered upon arrival or as requested. The hosts are well organized in their booking, loading you with all the information you may need to make your stay in the area worthwhile. The check in and check out process was easy, and the home was well kept and modern. We would easily recommend this stay to a friend (and have already). We already began thinking about when we can come back! Perfect spot!!

This is a sweet and clean little apartment on a pretty street. Even though it is a basement, it felt light and bright. The street was quiet, and an easy walk to a variety of eateries (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, family friendly etc – it’s all there), as well as just a few blocks to the metro. I wish the bed had been a king instead of a queen, and the bathroom is very very small – no room to place or hang anything. But other than that, it was very comfortable, well appointed, and again – super clean. It was just right for our stay, and we’d definitely stay there again.

I was in town for a graduation and am really glad that I found this Air BnB. It was extremely clean, probably the cleanest Air BnB I have stayed at. There were a lot of nice touches such as having cable TV in the front, a fully stocked kitchen (I was amazed at all the available seasonings and the coffee bar), first aid kit, and games. The bed was super comfortable and the pull out bed in the front was convenient. The bathroom had everything you would need.
The neighborhood felt safe and I had no concerns walking to resturants at night. The owners were extremely friendly and made me and my family feel very welcomed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
I had concerns with it being a basement apartment when I reserved it but it truly felt like a home.

The CLEANEST Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The space is beautiful and has everything we needed. The bed was more comfortable than my new bed at home! The neighborhood was very safe and walkable with restaurants and stores close by. Obtaining a parking pass for a rental car was the only difficult aspect as the pass needed to be printed with the vehicle info and there were no public printers or print centers nearby.

We needed to make a last-minute visit to DC family with a medical situation, and were able to reserve this unit for three nights. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, as well as a convenient short walk to our son’s house. It’s in a great location close to both the H Street corridor as well as the Union Market area. We would definitely recommend this as a great spot to stay in DC!

Our family of four had a great time here this weekend. We walked 11 miles each day and enjoyed so much of the city. We found this neighborhood to be so pleasant with great Access to Union Market shops and restaurants and quick trips to Trader Joe’s. We’re outdoorsy and prefer to walk (and boy we did!) but the metro would have just as convenient. We’d definitely stay again.

Great location, walkable to the Mall and Smithsonians, and the parking permit works in a large area, so we could move our car closer to the Mall (it was cold this weekend!). Also, 7 minutes walk is a fun food court and lots of restaurants. Parking on the street was super easy. The place was warm and cozy. Amenities in kitchen (high quality tea and coffee) were much appreciated. Would come back here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Home Sweet City’s adorable apartment in NOMA. I was there for a business trip and it couldn’t have been in a better location. I could access the Red Line on the Metro within 5-10min of walking. There were lots of grocery options nearby. The neighborhood is sweet and felt safe. Overall awesome stay! I will definitely book again!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this apartment. I keep coming back because it has everything I need and is conveniently located near the NoMa metro station and Union Market. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities nearby. Always clean and well appointed and the host’s communication is prompt. No complaints.

The place was lovely. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The local coffee for our mornings was a nice touch. The pullout has the bar in it – so just a note for sleeping for the extra guest. The couch was comfortable though. The area had such great food within walking distance and 3 great coffee shops as well as a Trader Joe’s.

Stayed here while visiting family and I must say for this being the first trip ever flying somewhere new with an infant as a first time parent this Airbnb was an absolute godsend. They thought of everything which was so incredibly helpful. From Children’s plates to utensils to the white noise machine plugged in and ready to go. The filtered water in the kitchen sink and frozen ice packs to use in the freezer. It was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in a long time somewhere that isn’t my home. I have nothing but great things to say about the host as well they’re very flexible, accommodating and responsive. This has truly made our trip so painless and fun. Our daughter absolutely loved walking up and down the hallway and playing peekaboo with the clear coffee table as well. Lots of fun memories had – thank you!! Definitely will be revisiting and using the same Airbnb.

We were throughly impressed by this accommodation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space itself was just as the pictures showed. The bed was so comfy and everything was just nice and modern. The location was also great, easy to get around to the main attractions. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

I loved my stay here! Everything was very clean, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, which I appreciated. The neighborhood is cute and you’re in good proximity to the redline. Parking required a bit of planning. Though you can hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, they are very considerate. Overall great place! Will stay again!

Great one bedroom apartment! Had everything I needed while in for business. Amenities like tea and coffee helped start the day. Restaurants and grocery just a couple blocks away. The host provided recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops etc. I used Union Station as a base for work and it was easy to use Metro (3 blocks away) since it was so hot, but could have walked in better weather. Felt totally safe in the area. The apartment was big, easily could hold 4 ppl. We never needed anything or had any issues. Great space, great value.

깨끗하고 조용한편입니다 . 필요한 질문에 적합한 응답을 합니다. 반지하고 계절이 여름이라 그런지 모기와 벌레는 보입니다. 비치된 벌레 퇴치제로 잘 대처해서 별 문제는 없었습니다 . 위에 사시는 분의 발소리가 약간 들리지만 숙면 취하는데 문제가 없습니다. 제가 소리에 매우 예민함에도 불구하고요. 대체적으로 편하고 조용했습니다 . 가격대비 괜찮았습니다.

Thank you for hosting! The place is very clean and the surrounding area is walkable, safe and quiet. I really love it. There are restaurants, Traders joe and whole food within walking distance. Metro is also nearby.
The only minor issue we encountered is Wi-Fi especially when I have work related conference calls.
Overall, it has been a peaceful and wonderful stay.

This was my second stay at this nice English basement apartment, and it was just as good the second time. The location is convenient— about 3 bocks to Metro two blocks to Trader Joe’s and a short walk to all the dining options at Union Market. Clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen. I’ll be back.

This was our first trip to DC and our stay was perfect in every way. We enjoyed the close walk to the Metro, Whole Foods and dinner spots. The place was clean and exactly how it is pictured. Bonus perks were good tea, coffee, shampoo and conditioner. If we ever come back we would definitely consider staying again. All of our needs were met and exceeded or expectations. Communication was great from the time I booked until we departed. Everything was answered before I had to ask. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your place for a few days.

I stayed one week and loved it! Walkable to so many dining options and the metro. I went to Union Market every day and sometimes twice in one day. I loved the neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen with everything I needed.
I even did two loads of laundry on the day before I left because it was raining, and I was passing time. They had Tide Pods available for you to use.
The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. The shower was great, too.
The host was so accommodating and provided flexible check-in/out options.
The only downsides for me were the following. None of these are terrible, but you just need to be aware. They would not prevent me from staying there again.
The bathroom sink is so tiny, but there is no space for a bigger one.
Every time the owner above cooked meals, I could smell it in my bedroom, which I did not care for.

The apartment is exactly as described. English basement in a row house, perfectly clean and modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Great location three blocks to the Metro and to Union Market. Three supermarkets in easy walking distance and a fair number of restaurants in the area. You would not need a car at this location.

The Airbnb was great. Spotless, modern, clean, cozy. Its in a nice neighborhood which is walkable to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Felt very safe.
The only negatives are:
1. The neighborhood is under construction, so prepare for lots of traffic and congestion.
2. The owners live above and they are VERY heavy-footed in addition to old, creaky floorboards, which was unfortunate for my partner and myself as light sleepers. The footsteps stopped around 9pm but start up again around 8am. I used my phone to blast white noise and was able to drown out most of the noise.

We appreciated the coffee pods and laundry soap supplied. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the Metro substation and Trader Joes. There was a nice selection of pillows. Noise from the 1st floor was very minimal. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was a bit small for the size of the unit but the shower was very nice. We will recommend this place to others.

We loved Home Sweet City. Everything was exceptionally clean, quiet and welcoming. Super comfy bed, great lighting, wonderful well-stocked shower. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. The living room was very comfy and entrance nicely lit. Very close to great shopping and restaurants – a very walkable location. Would love to stay again and will recommend to friends!

1. Location! Perfect! Close to restaurants, supermarket, train station and coffee shops! Beautiful trees lining the street.
2. Hosts > well documented instructions, good recommendations, very responsive and proactively checking in on us
3. Beautifully furnished and good lighting > not cluttered, well presented and good lighting
4. Clean! Very clean
5. Stable WiFi > 2 persons working 8hrs each online without any interruption to long video calls.
6. Good linen and well equipped kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities (fabulous fluffy white towels)

The apartment was just as described and included all the necessary bathroom toiletries, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Neighborhood felt safe and we were able to park right across from the house. The walks to NoMa metro and Trader Joe’s were quick and easy. We didn’t get to check out the hosts restaurant suggestions but did enjoy good drinks and food trucks at Wunder Garten. Only downside was the power outage and not having extra batteries for the flashlight and tea lights, but the host was quick to respond and follow up regarding the power.

Amenities in kitchen (high quality tea and coffee) were much appreciated. Would come back here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Home Sweet City's adorable apartment in NOMA. I was there for a business trip and it couldn't have been in a better location. I could access the Red Line on the Metro within 5-10min of walking. There were lots of grocery options nearby. The neighborhood is sweet and felt safe. Overall awesome stay! I will definitely book again!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this apartment. I keep coming back because it has everything I need and is conveniently located near the NoMa metro station and Union Market. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities nearby. Always clean and well appointed and the host's communication is prompt. No complaints.

The place was lovely. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The local coffee for our mornings was a nice touch. The pullout has the bar in it - so just a note for sleeping for the extra guest. The couch was comfortable though. The area had such great food within walking distance and 3 great coffee shops as well as a Trader Joe's.

Stayed here while visiting family and I must say for this being the first trip ever flying somewhere new with an infant as a first time parent this Airbnb was an absolute godsend. They thought of everything which was so incredibly helpful. From Children’s plates to utensils to the white noise machine plugged in and ready to go. The filtered water in the kitchen sink and frozen ice packs to use in the freezer. It was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in a long time somewhere that isn’t my home. I have nothing but great things to say about the host as well they’re very flexible, accommodating and responsive. This has truly made our trip so painless and fun. Our daughter absolutely loved walking up and down the hallway and playing peekaboo with the clear coffee table as well. Lots of fun memories had - thank you!! Definitely will be revisiting and using the same Airbnb.

We were throughly impressed by this accommodation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space itself was just as the pictures showed. The bed was so comfy and everything was just nice and modern. The location was also great, easy to get around to the main attractions. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

It was such a pleasant stay! Union Market was under 10-minute walk, and everything in the unit was nice and clean! It was very quiet at night so we were able to sleep really well. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

I loved my stay here! Everything was very clean, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, which I appreciated. The neighborhood is cute and you’re in good proximity to the redline. Parking required a bit of planning. Though you can hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, they are very considerate. Overall great place! Will stay again!

Great one bedroom apartment! Had everything I needed while in for business. Amenities like tea and coffee helped start the day. Restaurants and grocery just a couple blocks away. The host provided recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops etc. I used Union Station as a base for work and it was easy to use Metro (3 blocks away) since it was so hot, but could have walked in better weather. Felt totally safe in the area. The apartment was big, easily could hold 4 ppl. We never needed anything or had any issues. Great space, great value.

깨끗하고 조용한편입니다 . 필요한 질문에 적합한 응답을 합니다. 반지하고 계절이 여름이라 그런지 모기와 벌레는 보입니다. 비치된 벌레 퇴치제로 잘 대처해서 별 문제는 없었습니다 . 위에 사시는 분의 발소리가 약간 들리지만 숙면 취하는데 문제가 없습니다. 제가 소리에 매우 예민함에도 불구하고요. 대체적으로 편하고 조용했습니다 . 가격대비 괜찮았습니다.

Thank you for hosting! The place is very clean and the surrounding area is walkable, safe and quiet. I really love it. There are restaurants, Traders joe and whole food within walking distance. Metro is also nearby.
The only minor issue we encountered is Wi-Fi especially when I have work related conference calls.
Overall, it has been a peaceful and wonderful stay.

This was my second stay at this nice English basement apartment, and it was just as good the second time. The location is convenient— about 3 bocks to Metro two blocks to Trader Joe’s and a short walk to all the dining options at Union Market. Clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen. I’ll be back.

Excellent place to stay all around. We stayed 2 nights with our kids (ages 8 and 4) and everything went smoothly. I had read that some of the other properties that were English basements had noise issues, but that was not the case here. Thanks for a great experience!

This was our first trip to DC and our stay was perfect in every way. We enjoyed the close walk to the Metro, Whole Foods and dinner spots. The place was clean and exactly how it is pictured. Bonus perks were good tea, coffee, shampoo and conditioner. If we ever come back we would definitely consider staying again. All of our needs were met and exceeded or expectations. Communication was great from the time I booked until we departed. Everything was answered before I had to ask. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your place for a few days.

Not much to say that hasn't already been said but something unique regarding the location is that there's a La Colombe and Trader Joe's just a few minutes walk away. Also REI if you're into that lifestyle.

I stayed one week and loved it! Walkable to so many dining options and the metro. I went to Union Market every day and sometimes twice in one day. I loved the neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen with everything I needed.
I even did two loads of laundry on the day before I left because it was raining, and I was passing time. They had Tide Pods available for you to use.
The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. The shower was great, too.
The host was so accommodating and provided flexible check-in/out options.
The only downsides for me were the following. None of these are terrible, but you just need to be aware. They would not prevent me from staying there again.
The bathroom sink is so tiny, but there is no space for a bigger one.
Every time the owner above cooked meals, I could smell it in my bedroom, which I did not care for.

The apartment is exactly as described. English basement in a row house, perfectly clean and modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Great location three blocks to the Metro and to Union Market. Three supermarkets in easy walking distance and a fair number of restaurants in the area. You would not need a car at this location.

The Airbnb was great. Spotless, modern, clean, cozy. Its in a nice neighborhood which is walkable to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Felt very safe.
The only negatives are:
1. The neighborhood is under construction, so prepare for lots of traffic and congestion.
2. The owners live above and they are VERY heavy-footed in addition to old, creaky floorboards, which was unfortunate for my partner and myself as light sleepers. The footsteps stopped around 9pm but start up again around 8am. I used my phone to blast white noise and was able to drown out most of the noise.

The location was great. We drove and thankfully found close street parking for arrival and departure. Walking distance to grocery store for affordable meal options. Clean amenities and no insect problems. Open communication by host.

We appreciated the coffee pods and laundry soap supplied. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the Metro substation and Trader Joes. There was a nice selection of pillows. Noise from the 1st floor was very minimal. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was a bit small for the size of the unit but the shower was very nice. We will recommend this place to others.

We loved Home Sweet City. Everything was exceptionally clean, quiet and welcoming. Super comfy bed, great lighting, wonderful well-stocked shower. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. The living room was very comfy and entrance nicely lit. Very close to great shopping and restaurants - a very walkable location. Would love to stay again and will recommend to friends!

Great stay! Overall perfect stay, see points below
1. Location! Perfect! Close to restaurants, supermarket, train station and coffee shops! Beautiful trees lining the street.
2. Hosts > well documented instructions, good recommendations, very responsive and proactively checking in on us
3. Beautifully furnished and good lighting > not cluttered, well presented and good lighting
4. Clean! Very clean
5. Stable WiFi > 2 persons working 8hrs each online without any interruption to long video calls.
6. Good linen and well equipped kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities (fabulous fluffy white towels)
Great stay! Highly recommended when in DC!

The apartment was just as described and included all the necessary bathroom toiletries, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Neighborhood felt safe and we were able to park right across from the house. The walks to NoMa metro and Trader Joe's were quick and easy. We didn't get to check out the hosts restaurant suggestions but did enjoy good drinks and food trucks at Wunder Garten. Only downside was the power outage and not having extra batteries for the flashlight and tea lights, but the host was quick to respond and follow up regarding the power.
